This location is always dirty and full of disfunction. Service is absolutely horrible. The workers are very poorly managed. I won't be back ever.

So I wanted some good ole ice cream and I had not been here and over a year due to service, dirty place and lack of management but I tell you one thing the service today was amazing and very friendly. I was very impressed with the young ladies attitude and smile so this actually gets stars it could have been five stars but my order was not quite right. I ordered a banana fudge sundae and a banana split but ONE BIG PROBLEM NEITHER HAD BANANAS" unfortunately I didn't want to drive back and have it corrected cause it's not around the corner and it's hot but overall service was great. I really wanted a banana though

My grandson and I went to Brahms in Duncanville in search of ice cream. We went inside and there were maybe seven or eight people ahead of us. We were in line at least 40 minutes. This was about 8:40 PM. When it was finally our turn to be waited on, my grandson asked for the candy treat on vanilla ice cream. We were told there was no vanilla. What kind of ice cream restaurant runs out of vanilla? He then asked for cookies and cream. No cookies and cream. I noticed that people ahead of me were not getting what they ordered either. The man in front of us asked for chocolate syrup on his sundae and was told they were out of it. Again, what ice cream place runs out of chocolate syrup? Staff appeared not to be in a hurry even though the line was long on the outside and inside. There were two people working the ice cream line and when it was my turn I had to wait an additional 5 to 7 minutes before the person came up to me. This is the second time in about two weeks that I've gone to the Brahms and then told that they were out of a basic flavor. The first time they were out of butter pecan. If you're going or you might want to call ahead and see if they have the flavor you want or better yet go somewhere else.

Horrible service. Real long wait, oh and don't even bother telling them how you want your order done cuz it won't be done. And the food is soggy, lettuce is old and nasty. Our drink had something black in it (who knows what the hell it was) and don't even bother calling cuz no one picks up the phone.

Plenty of parking which is about the only positive. Inside at 8:45pm the store was extremely dirty. Four people making ice cream and no one taking food orders. The young lady helping me was instructed to stop making my order to help others in the food line. That left me standing there while people in line behind me were being served. Hopefully some better leadership can turn this place around.

That old fashioned banana split is one of the best I've ever tasted!! It just takes so long at this establishment..

The manager on duty during the lunch shift is absolutely terrible to communicating service needs to the staff. I was patiently waiting at the counter while an employee was cleaning and the manager yelled at the staff to pay attention to the customers. She caused a scene for absolutely no reason, what kind of a person would want to work for someone so hostile. Here's thought, come ask if I need help and coach the staff instead of yelling in front of the customers.

My my my!! The Banana splits are on another level!! I'm going to make sure I get one whenever I visit mom!!

The employees working the drive thru have poor communication skills, and that is "putting it nicely."

The wait is always long and the customer service not the best but can't beat the flavor of the burgers or ice cream.
