Braum's Ice Cream and Dairy Store

Not worth it all. Don't go here. Its like going to dairy queen but not nostalgic. Jenis ice cream all the way. If you just do fast food, go to culvers and get their frozen custard.

This is THE BEST BRAUMS, hands down! Every time my friend and I visit here, we are warmly welcomed and always given star treatment! This is our go-to for a large mix. We ask ourselves, how does it get better each time?
The staff here is the friendliest as well. We made the mistake of visiting another Braums in town and couldn't wait to get back to our regular spot.

Horrible service came to eat with family they took over 45 mins to make our food then kick us out while we were eating we had to throw away our food I would like to speak with regional manager and would really like a refund on my order

they took so long to attend us and ignored us and didnt finish our order

Horrible customer service. I Walk-in and employee ignored me and another customer & she went to back & took 15 minutes to come back to take order. Manager also rude she needs to be polite and change attitude. She looks mad and my order was incorrect the day before I left as is giving her the benefit of doubt. Maybe had a bad morning but came in today and same problem. Employees also complained about workers Yiu have there working. Going to loose many customers if something is not corrected. Attached is receipt due to no employee name but may be able to track with time of day who is working. If I could post without rating I would give this place a zero also place is dirty always have fly's & nits flying around drink machine & floor always sticky.

This is one of the Braums near where I live, don't believe the low reviews - they are probably just extremely privileged people who overly idealize the fast food experience and expect to be treated like kings and queens. I personally find this location to be one of my favorite spots to dine. One of the employees always recognizes me when I come in and always makes time to say hey to me and see how I've been doing. Friendship and stimulating conversation aside, the food is absolutely exemplary. I personally am a fan of the 6 piece chicken strip basket with the Braums sauce (do yourself a favor and go with this sauce folks, it is legendary). If I am really feeling like splurging I will add a cherry limeaid, but I am trying to watch my figure lately and usually just get water. The water seems like it is better than the usual water I drink by the way, I imagine they fly it in from a natural spring or something. I also like that they have a grocery if I need to pick up a few items from the house!

The Braums was super clean and staff was very pleasant . They really took care of us .

When i come here it's always super packed. You pull up to make your order and they have you waiting for about 5 min untill they say "hello" and take orders. When you pull up to the window the employees have a nasty attitude and shove your things in your hand. Once they also teied to be funny and call my friend a "Man" when she was clearly a female. Super annoyed by this place. They need to be more clean as well, always giving us our ice cream melted the second it comes theough that window.

I just went through the drive thru and Vivian the "manager" was so rude. She took our order wrong, didn't apologize for it and was upset that I mention the fact that she was rude. She told us " what you want?!" After I told her my order wasn't right. She had someone else give us our order and again no apologies for being rude. I called and complied the the manager I hope she changes her attitude.

Do not go here ! save your money. Order a bag of CHEESEburgers only to receive a half eaten patty with NO CHEESE on every burger ! Picture attached. Rude workers and overall a bad experience.
