Braum's Ice Cream and Dairy Store

Love to stop in this local chain when in the area. First discovered it in Oklahoma City a few years ago. Not going to win any culinary awards but for a nice, cheap cone it can't be beat! Some of their seasonal flavors are really good. I look each summer hoping they have brought back the raspberry truffle that was my first taste about 4 years ago but no luck yet.

I eat braums every week and this was by far the worse one I been to, Messed up my order. Food was not braums quality. Out of ketchup, bathroom stank really bad

This is the third time I've ordered the jalapeño burger, and not get any jalapeños on it.. it's literally in the name of what I order.. the staff is nice at least, I guess.

The ice cream is good and the burgers were fine. The fries were not good, so if you like fries, you'll be disappointed (soggy and poorly seasoned). The people working were friendly and helpful.

Do not get the burgers or fries. It is truly horrible. The hamburger patties are almost gray. This is not the place to eat. The ice cream and grocery side is fine.

I love the ice cream here but the employees (and there were a lot of them) didn't seem to know what they were doing. When we asked for a sundae with vanilla ice cream, the high school boy scooping said, "the vanilla is really hard to scoop" and then just stood there waiting for us to choose something else. Embarrassing!

Terrible service! Not at all busy, took forever to get three ice creams! Girl with red strands as bangs got out order wrong.

First off, the workers there are so rude and entitled. My boyfriend was ordering food, and before he was done, she cut him off and started repeating the order back to us as if we were done ordering. We go up to the window and there's a worker sitting on the floor. Once we got the food, it all was thrown in a bag, fries upside down and everything. the order was also wrong on top of everything, even though she repeated it back correctly.

I usually eat in Amarillo, but if I head through Canyon, this Braum's is my favorite place to stop.
Standard menu items, usually very friendly & helpful staff, and clean areas to eat at.

If you have not eaten at a Braum's, I would recommend visiting this one. Hopefully they're having a good day, because I realize that these other reviews aren't great. Every time that I have gone, which if quite a few times, their customer service is good and the food is good.

If you have been to Braums this is about the same as others. You come into the market area. They have great ice cream, compatible to Blue Bell. Some flavors I say are better. The milk is cheaper than the supermarkets and is much better tasting. My entire family love the milk. The bread and bacon are also typical buys in the market for us as the quality is better. We love the market.
The restaraunt has maybe the best burgers in town. There salads are also very good. The kids love the option of having a shake rather than a drink. They usually do not drink the entire soft drink anyways. We always have had a great experience with the staff. They are friendly and helpful. The place is clean and the food is great.
