Best place to get a oil changed and others! They took my car almost instantly and it took about 40 minutes for everything to be changed and fixed- and pretty affordable! Will definitely come back again!

I took my car there to see about getting my brakes done. I had gone to Perkins motors and they told us what we needed to do to get the car fixed including part numbers. Brakes plus said we also needed the caliper on the drivers side because it was broken. We had to wait to get the car fixed but went to Ronnie's automotive service instead. The mechanic there (Riley) informed us that the caliper wasn't broken and was, in fact, fine. Brakes plus just wanted to charge us $400 more to replace a part that wasn't broken. This is fraud.

So I pick up my explorer on Saturday and leaving brakes plus I notice a sound on my driver's side that isn't right. I shop for instacart so I'm in my vehicle every day and I know how it sounds. So I said these guys are not touching my vehicle again so I went to a real mechanic and they said they can look at it on Thursday so I go on about my business.

So I'm at a real mechanic and he said they could have killed you. My caliper isn't even bolted on and the bolts are not present. He said he's taking pictures and documenting everything thing. So there is a law suit coming brakes plus and you are very bad people. I assure you I will tell everyone I know and meet from here on out about you.

I set up an appointment and they called me and told me for my rotors it would be 238.00 ( see picture of the advance auto parts ford OE motor craft parts next door to this place ) the total will all the bull he said they had to do was 548.00. I said at most I could afford 300.00 my bill comes to 348.00. I called Phil long for and got a quote, new pads and rotors, new fluid and line vac 408.00. So what makes this place so much better than the rest of the world. Nothing, they are a RIP off plain and simple. THE TAKE AWAY FROM THIS IS IF YOU ARE ILLITERATE AND WANT TO GET SCREWED AND PAY WAY TO MUCH GO HERE AND MAKE SURE YOU BRING THE VASELINE. BEWARE DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO PAY THE MOST FOR SERVICE THATS NOT ANYWHERE AS GOOD AS GOING TO THE DEALERSHIP. The rotors next door are 44.36. I feel like I was rap?d. They got me with the 30.00 off per brake not per axil. These guys are crooks.

I had an appointment for 10am. I called at 12:30 and they told me they still haven't taken my car back. Blamed it on walk in appointments. Horrible horrible customer service.

Got my rack and pinion and power steering pump replaced so far my car is performing well. I enjoyed the service there the only thing I did not like was how dirty my interior was. From the sun visor which is a cream color now has multiple black spots from a mechanic touching it.

Go to another auto shop.
I called multiple auto repair shops and this location quoted me at $120 to replace a set of brake pads, so I went with them, because it was the cheapest quote.
Set up an appointment 3 days in advance for a 9 a.m. slot. I arrived 15 minutes early and had to wait over an hour until my car was taken into the garage.
It then took 50 minutes for them to do their brake diagnosis. After almost 2 hours of waiting, I was brought to my car and explained why they believed I needed to replace my rotors on both ends and get new brake pads on each axel. The individual that explained my situation used multiple terms I have never heard of before, when I was asking him to show me why I needed new rotors on each end.
The situation was bizarre to start, at first I was told your front brake pads are good, they're at 20%. Then it changed to, "we need new brake pads on each axel."
Suffice it to say, i was quoted around $950 for new rotors and brake pads on each axel. The inital 120$ brake pads I was quoted have a life of 6 months, but their lifetime brake pads are 80$ more per axel. The cheap estimate was around $820 for the bad brake pads. I was then told the labor would take another 2 to 3 hours.
I told them I had to get a second opinion, and I would like to retain the estimate paperwork. I was told I couldnt keep the paperwork, so they trashed it and gave me a recipt for a free brake inspection.
I was then told that they price match by the same individual.
I went to a different auto shop the next day. I dropped off my car at 8 am without an appointment and my car was fixed by 11:30.
The new auto repair shop told me my front brake pads are at 50% life, so dont touch them or the rotors yet. They replaced the back brake pads with the lifetime guarentee and fixed the rear rotors. The rep explained why my vehicle was making sounds, knowledgeable and saved me $500 from a job i dont need done at this time.

This place is horrible way over priced and blamed it on covid19! Super unhappy paid all this money and they didnt resolve the issue with my breaks so upset! Whatever you do avoid this place at all costs or be prepared to pay lots of money!!!

Had to take our car in, had an appointment here at 10, we got here at 9:30 the car didn't get into the garage to look at until 11:20ish. After being told they needed two hours to work on it. I called around 2:00 a clock and was told they had 20 minutes left. We came 30 minutes after that phone call. Upon walking in we were told they still had 10-15 minutes left. I'm pretty disappointed with the time management.
Edit: the comment to email my experience to the branch must be automated because I did and received no response, which made me change my review from a 2 star to a 1.
Edit #2. I was contacted by the manager today who apologized for the time management issues. That speaks a lot about the company to a customer.
