Lee is amazing! I described what was going on with my vehicle and he was able to provide a quote within minutes. The service was completed quickly in the parking lot while I was at work. Prices are great and I will continue to use their services always!

Lee was quick and knew what he was doing, gave an exact quote and alerted me to some wheel issues I needed to take care of. He came directly to my house, making the whole thing easy for me.

Lee came out and did Brakes and New Rotors on my 2017 F150. He sent me a txt about 1.5 hours before my appointment time asking if he could come early. I thought it was very professional the way he asked in his txt if it would be ok! Once here he told me what he was doing. He got the brakes and new rotors on very quick. I highly recommend using his company for any car/suv. My neighbor also used him for their Audi. They highly recommended him also. The 2 best things was: He saved me money and I didn't have to sit or wait 2 plus hours In some garage or dealership.
Bottom line... Highly Highly recommend.

My daughter and I were driving her car from Salem, OR to El Paso, TX. As luck would have it, the brakes started grinding. When we arrived in Salt Lake, I immediately got on yelp and started looking for a shop that could repair the car next day. Brakes Only, not only responded quickly, but they were at my hotel the next morning. The brakes were repaired (in the parking lot!) and we were on our way by noon. Highly recommend this shop. Fast service, great value, and out of this world customer service. Very satisfied customer here!

This company was responsive, willing to provide a firm quote, works QUICKLY (30 minutes to replace disc pads on all 4 wheels) at YOUR preferred location, and (unlike other companies) did not insist on replacing brake rotors unnecessarily.

Their Terms and Conditions:
"Brake Pads carry a Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturer defect. Rotors Carry a 2 year warranty against Manufacturer Defects.
Labor carries a 90 day warranty. Calipers carry a Lifetime warranty.

All warranties are based on normal wear and tear defects. These warranties are void if abuse or neglect is deemed the cause of the parts failure, ie.... ground brake pads/rotors caused by defective hardware or calipers, unless calipers have been replaced and on file with Brakes Only Mobile Service. If indicators, if applicable, are broken off the brake pad back plate."

I would have preferred a lower price than the $306 I paid (hence ONLY 4 stars), but with such high inflation, EVERYTHING is much more expensive.

I would do business with Brakes Only Mobile Service again.

Where do I begin? Lee was professional, friendly and fair. The weather was cold and wet so our appointment had to be rescheduled, but he was on time and kept me in the loop. The dealership told me I needed all 4 brake pads replaced for almost $800. Once he got into my brakes, he explained my rear brakes had another 10-12 months in them, depending on use. And I paid less than $200. I will be calling Brakes Only again!

I reached thinking I for sure needed new brakes but it turns out they are pretty new and don't need them instead I might just need to get some power steering fluid which will save me so much money. I appreciate their honesty and integrity and shooting it to me straight for a novice like myself. They are responsive and knowledgeable I would recommend and the other Yelp reviews are a credit to them and their service.
