Glas this location closed, they did an oil change and forgot to add oil after. Driving home, smoke everywhere! How do you forget oil at an oil change. Now I'm worried about the brakes they put on....

This is an update to my comments on 6/2020.
When I took my car In for an oil change last month there was a new person at the counter. During the oil change he tells me that there was a sealant on my car that shouldn't be there. I informed him they were the ones that did it as I had not taken my car to any other shop. Instead of them purchasing a part that my car required they had purchased something that was not recommended by the manufacturer, that was why it leaked and I had taken it back. They put the sealant on because it wasn't the correct part. This time the guy ordered the correct part and no more leaks. The part that they replaced on the day of my oil change was found to be faulty. They ordered a new part and I just checked after my car set for 3 hours. No more oil leak. So I am giving them a 5 star. They worked hard to find out what the problem was and fixed it. And yes, I will continue to go to them for my car careJun 19, 2020Previous reviewI took my car over for an oil change on the 6th. I was told the part that the oil filter screws into was damaged and they put an o ring on it. It was leaking oil. Took it back and was told the gasket on the filter was faulty. They replaced it. Took it home, oil leaking still. Went back this morning, when their mechanics finally decided to show up, I was told the o ring had a ruff spot on it. They replaced it again. I just looked under the car, there is a spot of oil. I am going to have to take it back again. I don't know what the hell they've done to my car. It NEVER had any leaks. I used to trust this place. Not anymore.

I would give this establishment 5 s. I made my appointment online and was able to get the first appointment of the morning 0730. When I arrived at 0730 I was was greeted and helped immediately. I was told the brake service would take about 2 hours which included a free brake inspection and vehicle inspection. I was in and out in less than 2.5 hours. The customer service was excellent with friendly and professional staff. I would recommend this business. I'll definitely return for other automotive services in the future.

I went in, had my brakes done, and picked up my car next day. They got it done. And I left a happy customer. They let me know exactly how much it would cost and checked on with me before

Just got four new tires and needed an alignment. With my coupon for a $69.95 computerized alignment, Brake Masters (BM) was the best deal or so I thought! I went to BM with my coupon on February 21,2022. It should be noted the coupon does not expire until March 26,2022 but the cashier casually stated they raised their prices last week and have not updated their coupons. The cashier refused to honor my valid BM coupon. I Guess the customer is not always right and BM is not the upstanding company I thought it was.....Definitely will be looking for a different place to take my business next time.

Brian sanders the district manager is racist and rude. When dealing with an issue I had at a store he was defensive and lied multiple times about the BBB and legalities. He also stated to "make sure you spell my name right" as if Hispanics can't spell. I got the call recorded and waiting to hear back from the regional manager. Bud service at this location and its clearly a reflection of upper management. My breaks make noise and thru refuse to assist me on this issue.

My brake light was on after my emergency brake got stuck in place, and it wouldn't turn off even after it wasn't stuck. They were super nice about it and fixed the problem for free! No charge! I feel like a different place might've tried to lie and come up with another problem, but they did not. I ended up replacing my air filters because of this. Very kind people! And they have more comfortable chairs than other mechanics do. Thanks for being kind!
