Bonefish Grill

Mixed review Bone Fish overall offers great selection but when you cut the staff during expected busy time and I along with other customers waiting is not my ideal choice.
I'm not on a time clock for brunch but the bartender wasn't available either.

The service as always, impeccable, prompt, courteous, and very friendly. Upon arriving, we were quickly sat at our table and made accommodations for my mother-in-law who was in a wheelchair. The menu was explained quite nicely along with the specials and drinks offered for the evening after around of beverages we got our bread with dip which was equally delicious and nicely presented. Then we decided upon ordering our meals.

The pecan encrusted trout was perfectly cooked and seasoned just right and included the garlic, mashed potatoes and fresh vegetables. The petite filet mignon was cooked perfectly to the right temperature as was my mother-in-law's lobster and steak. The addition of the steamed crab legs was very nice touch and my son enjoyed his fish and chips. They were nicely done and crisp with just the right amount of batter and the fries came out crisp and hot.

Our server was very attentive, coming back to refill our drinks and keeping everything clean and taking care of asking if we needed anything, but without being overly pushy or inquisitive . then to finish it off we got the cheesecake which came for the three for two selection that they had for Valentines weekend and enjoyed sharing the cheesecake with everybody. It was a very nice meal with very relaxed time and we will definitely be back.

Eating at bonefish is always a great experience. Food is always cooked to perfection, martinis are great, ambiance is very chill.
Ramsey is awesome! He is so funny and very charming - really took great care of us. Even anticipated something my husband wanted before he even asked for it! Malcom also stopped by our table and is such a sweetheart.

My stop at the Ashburn Bonefish was nothing but a delicious experience filled with beautifully designed decor and hospitality. Our server Jurelyn is by far the best thing that has ever happened to that establishment. Impeccable service and personality is an understatement and we were so lucky to have her as our server.

The proprietor Michael has done an incredible job with the recent decor changes over the years that include beautiful high top bar placemats and lighted cabinets displaying the many liquors and wines this location offers.

The bang bang shrimp we ordered were saucy and crispy as described and it makes sense why that appetizer is a staple for this franchise.

In addition to Michael coming by, we also were greeted by manager Malcolm who was pleasant and made it very easy to conversate. I ordered the tropic heat martini as I love spicy, tropical drinks and was pleased. I also didn't know that this place offered martini flights for $20 so you can try them all before you make a full-sized cocktail selection!

My very first time here and enjoyed it.
All the food was delicious. Menu was easy to understand and they even had 2 for $50 3 course meal.
Our server was so pleasant, patient, and understanding of our big group.
They have this cute wall with greenery and lights in the background to take cute picture!

The service here at Bonefish Grill was exceptional. Everyone made our table feel at home. We chose Bonefish Grill because it was my mother's birthday and she is a fan of their Bang-bang shrimp, and that is exactly what she ordered. I myself opted for the more healthier option for my entree which was their grilled mahi-mahi and a double side of their grilled vegetables, it was exactly what I had needed.
For me, if a local establishment has amazing service, that is enough for me to go back and re-visit them. I will definitely be going back to Bonefish grill.

No does a good happy hour anymore EXCEPT Bonefish Grill. They have $7 martinis and other drink specials. The bar server mixed some good drinks. We got there early so not too many people sitting in the bar. They have expanded their Bang Bang shrimp option by making it a jumbo size. It was so much food.

Wife and I went on 7/1/23 for dinner. We had bang bang shrimp for an appetizer. Shrimp were nice and crispy, not much bang to the sauce. The sauce was tasty but no bang, heat to it.
Wife had blackened shrimp with Mexican street corn. The shrimp were very tasty, perfectly cooked, nicely seasoned. This is not mexican street corn. It was just average. Mexican street corn should be topped with cojita cheese and have a little heat to it.
I had fish and chips, Mac and Cheese, Cole slaw. Fish was nice and crispy,fries were crispy and nicely seasoned. Fish was very tender. Mac and cheese was very creamy, very tasty. Cole slaw was average. The slaw was fresh, the sauce was average, a little sweet for my liking, needed some more vinegar. The cookies were decent.
The key lime cake was very tasty.
The server was very good.
I wish I could give 3.5 stars but I can't so I'm sticking with a 3 based on the corn and the disappointment in the bang bang shrimp.

1st visit in 2024 and another wonderful "date" night with my wife. She ordered and enjoyed a full pound of crab legs. Super delicious. Such a great pleasure to see bartenders/servers Lenora and Emily. They're always pleasant and professional. Manager Will, again stopped by with genuine interest of our food quality and service. Such a enjoyable atmosphere.

It is pretty good place to have meal with family and friends. Then new item is very thoughtful and also a good selection here and there, and their food is good quality not like fine dining experience, but it's still worth it to try. They are not very busy, but Serber was checking my table time to time and also trying to serve us as much as she can. I really liked it, and also supervisor came to check my table and it was very thoughtful touched too.
