Came here with a friend for dinner. It was Tuesday which was nice because they have a taco Tuesday menu. The place itself is super cute with indoor and outdoor seating.
We were seated right away and a server came over right away. I ordered 3 different tacos off the special menu, as well as chips and salsa. My meal came to 11$ which was a great deal!
Now, I live in Vegas now, and any kind of Mexican food is wayyyyy different here than there. I guess I'm used to more authentic tacos now because while these were good, they didn't wow me or anything. I wasn't a fan of the chips. They just seemed like store bought and I got a simple salsa Fresca which wasn't fresh. But, again, for the price it was alright. I'd probably skip the chips and salsa next time and just stick with the tacos.
We split the churro waffle s'mores dessert and that was so good! I'd go there for that.
Overall, it's a solid place to go and I'd go back.Helpful 5Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0Business owner information

I came here on a weekday for lunch and was sat at a table right away. The server was very friendly and attentive to us. I'm a vegetarian and was happy that there were plenty of options for me to choose from. I did the lunch special which was two tacos and a side for around $10. I had the sweet potato taco and Brussels sprouts taco, both of which were so delicious! I had the salad as my side, which was good too. For my drink, I had the jalapeño Paloma and it was the perfect amount of spice. I definitely want to come back and try some of their other veggie options!

Came here with a friend during the recent Cleveland Taco Week celebration and sat at an outdoor table. Our server seemed disinterested in taking care of us, making for a bit of a frustrating experience. My dining partner and I ordered drinks and he had a verde salsa plate to start.
Excited to try their many taco options, we were told (at 6:15 on a Thursday) that they were out of one of their featured tacos for the Taco Week menu. Very disappointing. Okay...regroup and make other picks. We placed a revised set of orders and awaited the food.
My plate consisted of the yard bird, baja shrimp and the lucha libre. The yard bird was fairly simple consisting of roasted seasons chicken along with pickled red onions and guacamole...a nice mix of smokey and briny flavor combinations to go along with creamy guac. The baja shrimp was probably my least favorite of the trio, jsut kinda bland in its flavor mix. My favorite of the bunch was the spicy lucha libre with its ground chorizo and potato chunks topped with hot sauce, smoky aioli and a goat cheese (that helped temper the heat of the other ingredients).
I was super-excited to finally give this place a try, but walked away only mildly satisfied with my experience and meal. May need to give them another try sometime as maybe it was just an off night for them.Helpful 3Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - 133721294098Oct 30, 2022
Great tacos and excellent queso. Ordered delivery form here via UberEats. Everything arrived packaged well. I appreciated the sticker seals.
The tacos were tasty and had some interesting elements. I appreciated the uniqueness of the peanut salsa. The queso was amazing. And the different lemonades were tasty.
All in all, I was happy and pleased with my order.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Dana W.Stratford, Canada2251Jul 13, 2023
Was quite disappointed by our visit today for a late lunch. We started off with the guacamole and Street corn. Street corn was pretty good but guac was pretty bland, some of the avocado was oxidized too (not fresh). The chips weren't fresh and weren't warm or crispy. My sisters enjoyed their tacos but my spicy shrimp tacos came with old avocado on it. They didn't taste great because of this and I pointed it out to the server. She told me that they "actually weren't bad and they oxidize after sitting in the fridge after they make it." Didn't apologize but offered to remake it. IMO, if I'm paying good money for food at a restaurant, I'd hope they'd be making my guac fresh. Disappointed.

I was up in the Cleaveland area on a little trip and got hungry for some tacos. Bomba was a pleasant little surprise. They offer some great fusion-style tacos. I think our table's favorite were the Nashville Hot Chicken tacos.
I also have to give a shout out to the guac! Dang that was some good guac. Super fresh and creamy.
Bomba's isn't going to wow you with authenticity. But they have great flavors and a nice dinning area that should meet your appetite.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Kathryn P.Chicago, IL95842Nov 6, 2022
Bomba is a rum bar in Rocky River.
I went here often when they first opened and it was really good. I was excited to revisit and severely disappointed.
Drink: margaritas were ordered for the table and none of us liked them. Frankly, this was watered down and way sweeter than a margarita should be and not much lime flavor.
Food: the gauc and chip assortment was good. They have an option to make your own gauc and that was nice. The tacos were bad. The bbq one was almost tart, and salty. And the chicken was so hot there was no other flavor. They were hard to eat they were so bad.
Service: I understand waiting a little longer to reflect people recovering for pandemic times, however, our poor server was running around with too many tables and it was definitely noticeable.
I hope they'll pivot back to closer to how they were when they opened- I miss that placeHelpful 0Thanks 1Love this 0Oh no 0 - Danielle P.Westlake, OH0133381Jan 17, 2023
I like this place over barrio in ways because the menu is very creative - I've loved every taco I've tried here! They used to have some really good lunch specials but I think they got rid of most of them.
