Very professional and straightforward.

I was greeted at the door by a very gentle and sweet dog, and then by Wael who came across as open and kind (in complete contrast to a different shop I was in earlier that day).

The atmosphere was clinical, so if you're looking for a *scene* this isn't the place for you. But if you want a real professional with medical knowledge to pierce you or help with an existing piercing, this is where you want to go.

I also appreciated that there were several options of even the most basic jewelry available for me to customize so I got exactly what I wanted.

It's been 20 years since I had a nose piercing. When I was 22 I had to take out my nose piercing for my job at the time. When I was 16 years old, I got my first nose piercing and it was an horrible experience; in the 90's, anyone could be a piercer. I was left in pain for over a week... it was worse than my hood and nipple piercings. I've been wanting to get my nose pierced again but I was worried I would get the same experience.
I now work in orthopedic surgery and two of the RN's I worked with recommended this guy. Today I finally rolled in as a walk in. The gentleman was nice. He was really and I mean REALLY informative. I told him that I came to him because the fact he is a RN. Everything he was telling me regarding his healthcare experience was legit and I felt safe. I told him about my previous experience and he explained why it happened... I was pierced incorrectly. He pierced in an area that made more sense which is on the tip of the crease of my nostril. He sanitized me as if I was going into surgery. I mean he really cared about the area. My piercing was quick, easy and just a pinch of 1 second pain but it was nothing. It's been hour and I have no pain, no soreness and it looks great! Not even red. I will be coming back for my ear piercings and I highly recommend the place.

this man is so kind and knowledgeable and experienced. It's almost amazing. This is the only place to go to get pierced correctly. I will never go anywhere else. I am so grateful to have met him and I definitely recommend him to anyone who is serious about getting pierced legit. He is such a wonderful human being. Thank you.

Super clean place, uses hospital grade cleaning. Wael was awesome, and made sure to show himself opening everything in front of us. Gave me a package with stuff to clean my nose with and explained the healing process. He has a large selection of rings and studs to choose from. I will definitely go back here when ready to change it out. Definitely recommend this place! I took this photo about an hour after getting pierced. It wasn't red and minimal bleeding. I thought it was going to hurt a lot worse than it did.

Wael is first and foremost serious about safety, cleanliness, and education. And beyond that he is just a nice person. Funny, put me at ease, and was able to give me the exact piercing I wanted with no pain and at a great price!
I will be back for the daith piercing to help alleviate migraines and even though he's a flight away, Wael had a customer for life!

Highly recommend this spot 5/5. I came here to get my infants ears pierced. I was searching for a spot for months and beyond happy I came across this shop. From the initial consult Wael made me feel my baby would be in good hands. At the time the appointment he went over the process and what to expect. Everything went smooth and fast with the piercings. I have known Wael for over 5 years, and he has done multiple piercings for me. I have to travel a bit to get to him but he is well worth it. Wael preps as if he is prepping for surgery so everything is extremely organized and sterile. Today I brought my daughter to get her nose pierced and she couldn't be happier. Wael is very welcoming, friendly and the whole atmosphere is comfortable. He loves to chat and keep you inform on everything he is doing so if you are in a rush (lunch break) let him know, as he is very accommodating. I highly recommend him!

Went here unsure if my ear shape would be the right one for an industrial, but with Wael's knowledge of proper sizing and piercing techniques, he was able to safely and professionally pierce it. Super friendly, cares so much for his clients. Definitely coming back in the future.

I went with Wael about three years ago to pierce my nieces ears for the first time. He was super attentive and super friendly. He took the time to explain the entire procedure and talked us through it so that she would be as comfortable as possible. I went back to him today to get my spider bite and my right lip pierced. He was just as attentive and friendly as the first time!! The overall essence and vibe of the place was so soothing and so comforting. Wael also took the time to look at a previous piercing that I had done in Canada, one that I've been struggling with for about a year. He cleaned it, changed out the piercing which was causing infection, and he even gave me the proper cleaning instructions/kit along with the ones for my lips!! 100/100 totally recommend him. He's such a kind and patient person that I'm definitely coming back in the future to get the rest of my ears pierced!!! :)

I have been here before with my girlfriend to get her nose pierced and they were so kind and professional. Studio is very clean and sterilizing measures are taken seriously.

I actually just came back after needing my cartilage piercings taken out last minute. The business owner did not hesitate to help me out, even though i got the piercings elsewhere. Not only was he so kind and friendly, he was very knowledgeable. He let me know that the types of jewelry the piercer had placed was not appropriate for the location and offered to fix it for me if I ever wanted the earrings put back in.

Needless to say I most definitely will be returning, to get my earrings put back in and for any piercings in the future. You can tell he really takes pride in his craft and cares for his guests. Thank you for the kindness you showed me today!
