When my car got towed, I asked if there was any other way to prove ownership since my parents that i am no longer in communication with still have the title. the man who i was speaking with was very rude and spoke down to me assuming because i'm a young woman and he said that "i could just go out and take a picture of your vin number and say it's my car". the woman i spoke with early today was very sweet because i clearly sounded distressed, but this man seemed extremely misogynistic and dealing with a car being towed is stressful enough.

i'm not really the type to leave reviews, but if this means that i can help anybody else in the future not have to deal with this guys attitude then it's definitely worth it.

I thought my car had been stolen because I was towed from a public parking space. After calling the police, I found out that my car had been towed by this company. Bobby & Steve's claimed I was parked in a private lot and that the owner of the apartment across from me called them to tow me away. They combatively denied the truth when I called them to get my money back and didn't respond to my email, even after the owner of the apartment called them to tell them that he didn't request to have my car towed and asked them to refund me. I thought I was going to have to take them to small claims court, but luckily, they mailed me a check after I threatened to do so.

are unfortunately I need to leave a bad review because they have younger teenage kids working there and they just seem to think they can close the store whenever they want and then you have the ladies at work during the day and they're amazing and they come to work every day and they're always smiling. They're nice they're cheerful and they're wonderful come night shift do you have these punk kids working and they're supposed to be open till 10 o'clock every single time this one kid is working there close by nine if not earlier when I walked in the store it absolutely stunk so bad I had to put my sweatshirt over my nose.

Keith is awesome. He makes me laugh everytime and makes me feel like family when I walk in. No matter what it is they make it fast for me.

Wyatt is on the store side. He was more than helpful. Well maybe not. He somehow made me buy more stuff. He has a great attitude. I always love this store.

I was impressed with the service. I had a slow leak in a tire. They patched it in less than an hour. Also got a free car wash. I am skeptical of automated car washes, but theirs is really through.

I'm an engineer, know a lot about cars. While I was waiting at the counter, the customer service person was patiently telling an older woman what had to be done to her car - and some things could wait. I thought this was very honest.

Just wow. Was about to pay the dealer over $1k to replace a tire but instead the guys at Bobby & Steve's Auto World fixed my run flat tire for $36. I'm amazed and will be recommending to all my friends. Fast and courteous same day service. Bravo!!!

I told my avalanche to that facility on 58th and Nicolette. I handed up needing new brake line and then they wanted to give me new brakes, but I told them I did not need all of my brakes replaced because they had just recently been replaced yet and still they replaced two men they ended up telling me I needed something else and then instead of me getting what they said I needed they put in a master cylinder which they never told me I needed. Either way I got robbed! More or less I took it there they charged me for an extra never called and let me know what they were planning on doing and then took me for more than I expected to spend. That was my last trip to them, it cost me like $2500. Now I know why they call them robbers and thieves! The only plus part is they gave me five free car washes which for some reason don't work! And when all this was going on a supervisor who is in charge of the auto repair center had no clue about automobiles at all! I don't understand how you can be in charge of an automotive center and not know anything about cars. I know more about cars than he did!

JEFF SAVED CHRISTMAS. My boyfriend's car got a flat tire today. We began googling and MOST AUTO SHOPS WERE CLOSED. This was hugely disappointing at first, but we saw that Bobby and Steve's had 24 hour help. We called them and asked for a tow truck, and Jeff appeared shortly after. He saved us over $70 by assisting us with changing the tire rather than towing us.

Seriously, Jeff is a hero. Thank you Bobby and Steve's!!

I can not say enough good things about my experience with this shop ! They have excellent customer service, worked to get me a fair price to have the AC repaired on my vehicle, explained the process, had the work done promptly during a heat wave ( lots of cars in for AC work), communicated well throughout, and were courteous and even went the extra mile! Seriously- take your car here ! :)

Called for a tow from here through my car insurance, I was told 55 min, I called and told the customer service rep that I was not with the vehicle and it would take me awhile to get there. Almost an hour later the driver called me and asked if I still needed a tow, I said yes, he asked where I was I said I could be to my vehicle in 15min, he replied that he had to call his dispatch and hung up the phone. I called him back to let him know I was almost to my vehicle, turns out he had left and did not notify me and neither did the company itself. I would have appreciate a called letting me know that he could not wait on me. Absolutely horrible service, I would not recommend using this location at all!!
