I had my first microdermabrasion session thanks to Dr. Radka, and it was such an amazing experience! Dr. Radka is an absolute sweetheart, very knowledgeable in her work, abides religiously by COVID-19 guidelines, and makes the process seamless and effortless. I left with my skin feeling refreshed and glowing! Dr. Radka also specializes in Asian skincare, so it's great to know that she understood the sensitivity of my skin before we even began.

I would highly recommend a visit with Dr. Radka. This has worked wonders for my maskne and dehydrated skin.

I just recently started getting treatments from Radka Miteva at Dr. Bob Ourian's office and am very satisfied with the results and service. I had hyperpigmentation from sun exposure that covered my face up to 80% . I had gotten laser done prior and with time the spots had gotten darker, little did I know laser is the wrong approach to remove sun spots and especially my skin type. I met Radka and became a client/patient and feel as beautiful as ever ! With her expertise my spots are gone and face/skin is the best it's ever looked ! Her professionalism and the quality of service she provides, I highly recommend! I'm very pleased with the decision I made to become a client of hers .

I have also gotten skin treatments from Radka Miteva (at Dr. Bob's office). She does different procedures depending on the state of my skin, and she is amazing! I had gotten laser treatment years before, but was really unhappy with the results because I ended up with a combination of both hyper-pigmentation and hypo-pigmentation. Radka was the only person who was able to even out my skin tone, which was a miracle! And she improved the overall quality of my skin - no more adult acne, and fewer fine lines. I get complimented on my skin often, which is a testament to Radka's magic! Radka has been such a pleasure to work with; she is a perfectionist, reliable, incredibly knowledgeable, and honest! I couldn't be in better hands!

I've been a patient for over 3 years now, and was rather surprised to read the other review. My experience: Dr. Bob is very personable and professional at the same time. He modifies his treatment to suit my particular needs, and has administered "touch-up" treatments at no charge if the results are inadequate. He is able to explain what he does in terms I can understand. He is flexible in scheduling, and I've noticed that he'll take me right away if I arrive early and there's not other patients waiting. Also, he tells me about the latest research on new approaches to treatment that may be approved in the future.

Short version: a nice guy who does a good job. Thanks.

I am updating my review to five stars because Dr. Bob is well worth the trip from San Diego to Beverly Hills (even with horrible traffic). People travel from all over the United States to see him, and for good reason: he is excellent at what he does! I have tried several locations in San Diego for Botox and fillers, but none were nearly as good as Dr. Bob. He is simply the best!

Radka is THE BEST. After searching for someone in this city who really cares and does more than just a face massage and is completely RESULTS FOCUSED, I found Radka. I've been seeing her for 4 years and my skin has completely transformed into it's best shape EVER. I constantly am getting compliments about my skin; have even been accused of having a face lift, and I've never even had a filler! All owed to the facials by Radka and the special European equiptment she uses for naturally beautiful, radiant, flawless skin.

I've been seeing Radka Miterva for treatments at Dr Bob Ouirans office sine Oct..She is nothing short of a miracle worker ! My skin was burned by a plastic surgeon who did a TCA peel-it was horrific, not to mention traumatizing-the redness, hyper-pigmentation. Radka was highly recommended as someone who specializes not only in making your skin look fabulous but correcting the mishaps caused by other "professionals".. It's been over 3 months and my skin has never looked better ! During the peak of my treatment I was traveling to Japan and Radka made sure I we set up with a way to communicate everyday and how my progress was going- I had a mishap with my skin catching some germ on the plane and my skin had a terrible reaction.Through it all she went above and beyond to direct and assist me so many miles away (even consulting with 3 separate dermatologists and willing talk to a Dr in Japan if need be ) her simple, straight forward advice and calm manner helped my frayed nerves and more importantly clear up that problem in a few days and be back on track to achieving the beautiful skin I've always wanted. I've never met another medical professional who is not only so knowledgeable but sincerely cares about you and your progress (And I work in the medical field ) She stay's in touch via text/phone calls to monitor you and make sure everything is coming along as planned or if any problems arise to correct them - It's that attention, her outstanding skills, quality products that are customized for your needs and easy to use, her personality/bedside manner and then of course actually having amazing results - all that should be enough to convince you to contact her and make an appt. if your goal is obtaining the beautiful skin you've always desired.
