Bob Evans

We ate here this morning and lets talk positives first. Our waitress, Justice, was very good and friendly. Her service was great. The food was good and we like Bob Evans a lot but it wasn't as good as usual.

The bad, and the big reason we didn't leave a good review, was the cleanliness. We have never been to a Bob Evans that was so unclean. We know that things aren't always perfect but this was really bad. This restaurant needs to shut down and do a total cleaning for a week and get a manager that gets things in shape. See the pics, and see that the wallpaper by our table had coffee and food stains that look like they have been there for quite a long time. Then the table, which was 'cleaned' before we arrived was a little sticky. So one of the 5 of us had some wet wipes and she wiped the table...please see the pics...horrendous. That table was so dirty and there was syrup on the edge of the table that 2 of us got on our clothes. Syrup was on the seat as well and got on our pants.

But the real big thing was how dirty the table was, where we put our utensils etc. It was disgusting.

Went here for a good first impression, was left highly unimpressed. The waitress made us move from a booth to a table with an empty house because the child's high chair. Was told there wasn't enough food for a certain meal and then there was enough. Was asked 3 times about what sides we ordered, usually waitresses have notepads. The food was Luke warm and bland (chicken fried steak). Also on the silverware there was crud on every piece. Highly unimpressed and would consider a change of management. First time and last for bob evans.

Everything is just what you would hope for here!! It's a very clean place, with an extremely nice staff-they went above and beyond with refills and stopping by to see if we needed anything. The banana bread here is great and comes with any breakfast meal!! When on a trip we are here 3 times-twice for breakfast and one time for dinner and could not have been happier! We stayed at s hotel near by, and we were glad to have such a great place close by. Don't overlook this gem if you are in this area!!

We stoped here for breakfast in our way to a baseball game. Our server, Sharon, was awesome. She kept our drinks topped off, kept us updated on our order status when the kitchen was a little backed up, brought us extra butter and syrup, and when I asked for sour cream for my omelet, she offered me salsa as well. She also offered a to-go cup of coffee.

As always, the food and atmosphere were typical Bob Evans, good overall. But the service here was really excellent.

This Bob Evans location is very clean and well cared for. Cathy, our server was very pleasent and attentive. We stay in St Clairsville when we are attending the annual vintage boat regatta in Wheeling, WV. The food was very good and filling. Overall, a very nice experience.

Truth in advertising not practiced here.....spicy bacon skillet was suppose to have scallions in it, kitchen used green onions

This is a place we always eat when traveling across the country. We always get great service with friendly staff. Plenty of good food choices and it's served hot and quickly. I had the Fit breakfast for dinner and my husband had the pot pie, and both were delicious.

Got half cooked rolls and got the wrong drink brought to me twice but overall the soul was great and so was my main course

I waited over 30 min for my meal. The service was fine the kitchen is lacking. I was not planning on spending the day here to get a meal. So I left hungry.
