Horrible experience with this company. They completely lied about the hours worked and refused to refund money due once it became known. When asking to speak with the employee who did the contract, they said they had fired him. The employees had to leave the project 3 times over 4 hours to go 'get something'. And lastly, the office staff was so rude when attempting to resolve this issue. Save your money and use a company that doesn't screw you over!!

I am giving them a one star because I can't do a no star review. We paid upfront 75 percent of a stairway remodel back in May 31. We have had to call them to find out if they were going to show up or not on a daily basis. Have refused to give us a completion date verbally or written. We have had no railings for two months and yesterday he walked out on the project because apparently he felt threatened that we are so frustrated we called Home Depot. We called other companies to come and tell us what to do and the work is so badly done it needs to be started from scratch.

This company is a classic over-promise and under-deliver type that uses low quality materials, poor workmanship, and lack of customer service. They did not do as thorough a fence repair job as they indicated they would do during the estimate survey. They did poor quality work on the fence repairs with dozens of nails that completely missed the 2x4's as if they didn't even look or measure. They replaced a gate and it started falling apart within days after construction with all 2x4's of frame with major cracks causing gate to sag and not open or close properly. Cheap hardware used on gate that started rusting in first two weeks after installation. Attempts by them to fix gate made it worse and half the vertical planks now with major cracks above and below all nail/screw attachment points and gate stuck in shut position now due to more sagging. Boar's Head Office fails to respond to emails and phone calls requesting help with resolution for over two weeks and still waiting for a response--had to get Home Depot Resolutions involved. Boar's Head Office also failing to provide a receipt for over $1500 paid so far after asking for receipt repeatedly for over two weeks. Very poor quality materials and workmanship. Very low level of professionalism and neglectful customer care. Would advise to avoid this company. I had a much better experience with Lattice Top Fence Co.
