THE WORST! I have dealt with BMW dealers for the last 20 years. Never once had a complaint and nothing close to an experience like this. This dealership is the worst. I brought my car (750i) in for routine service. I was met by a young kid who told me that a "specialist' would be with me in a few minutes and to wait inside. After 45 minutes not a word from anyone. Inside two people were complaining about the service. After waiting 45 minutes I went outside and asked the young kid what was going on. He was very flippant (looking at his phone when I went over) and said "That's your guy over there". The "guy" was chatting with a young lady outside like he didn't have a care in the world. When I expressed my displeasure he said "Your keys are in the car". I left.
It gets better. Try calling a number to speak to someone. I called from the road and asked for the Service Manager. After being placed in 4 different voice mails and finally being told the Service Manager was "out" - another young person - a women treated me like I was bothering her- and when I said I would never return she said "Good" and hung up.
On the way back, I called BMW in Naples and got an appointment the next day.
When I buy my next car in May it will be there.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Sandra G.Venice, FL0214Mar 15, 2023
This BMW location in awesome! Professional & knowledgeable team. I purchased my Z4 M there and just had my first service... Marco went above and beyond expectations. I enjoyed my visit there ( how often can you say that about a dealership) . I have a custom paint and no touch up was available so...while my service was getting done he had the paint specifically mixed "WOW"!
I have a closer location but drive 1/12 hours to this one!
Thanks

Service department Mostly "Scott", I never felt so disgusted in my life I could never treat a paying customer like that. I received a text message from the service department to pick up my car @ 5:39pm. When I arrived @5:49 the person who was closing dismissed me and told me I couldn't get my car even after I told him I got a message from you guys to come pick it up. He then started to wave his hands trying to shoo me away like I was like some child or animal. They told me they would have to car ready in four hours but it took almost 9 hours. There were more things said but I wanted to keep this review short.

BMW X5 broke down on highway nearest to this BMW Service station, called and spoke with Marcus who I was told was the manager. Explained that tow company would pick us up in 20 minutes and wecwoukd be there before 1:30 pm. Business closes at 3 pm and if we get there as quickly as possible before 2 pm they might be able to diagnose suv issues. Got there and Marcus who was not manager was quite rude and unhelpful trying to pass us on to another worker, they told us they were on back order until 3 weeks in the future. Why told us to get our vehicle towed here if they couldn't help.
After several continuous questions the real manager came over to speak with us, trying to get rid of us. What were we to do? Stranded in an area 2 hours from home with no positive answers. After back and forth, he finally agreed to do diagnostic and offered transportation to airport for rental car. Stay away from this business at all costHelpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - jessica k.FL, FL07May 2, 2023
If I never have to go to this place again, I will a happy camper. I asked for one tire to be replaced and they check out EVERYTHING anddd charge me for it, even though that's not what I asked. Once I received a quote, they threw two tires on it and the representative just kept saying it was for one tire and that I need to hurry up and sign aka approve of the price.
I was right, the estimate was for two tires and when i brought this to his attention noting average tire prices and that 750.00 is INSANITY FOR ONE TIRE.. THAT is when he finally was like oh my bad there is two on there.
Check your estimates, you could be getting scammed.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Kimberly S.Palm Harbor, FL2822Dec 9, 2022
Like previous reviewers, I recommend going elsewhere. I thought I was in the process of buying a car online and when I never heard back from them, I left a message asking the hold-up was. I then received a call saying the car I yesterday afternoon filling out forms and info on my trade-in. Then they asked for photos from every angle, and more. So while I was busy trying to get them everything they asked for, they sold the car I thought I was buying. Then called and gave every excuse in the book. There is a reason people hate car dealerships and car salesmen and this is a prime example. No communication, no consideration. As a loyal BMW owner for the past 30 years, I can honestly say I am considering leaving BMW behind and trying something else.

DO NOT BUY A USED BMW FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! I should have read these reviews. I purchased a 2018 BMW 403i which I was told by the salesman on the phone was originally purchased at that dealership and serviced there. I was also told that it was certified pre-owned which is the ONLY reason I bought it. I was explained that work had to be performed on it before they could sell it to me but they were not allowed to tell me what work was done. I find this odd as if something was being repaired wouldn't a new owner want to keep an eye on it to ensure the repair was done properly? When I arrived again I was met with the encouragement of the car always being serviced there and how they do such a high quality inspection of the vehicle to make sure it is ready to be sold to the next owner. When I arrived at the financing desk I was presented with an outrageous quote for a warranty. I strongly was encouraged to purchase the $3800 warranty as the parts on a convertible are very expensive to replace so I went ahead and moved forward with financing that into my loan. I have owned the car 9 months to the date today and have had nothing but issues. The first issues was that when I went to get a replacement tire for a flat I was told and shown that the tires were installed with the tread going in the wrong direction. I called the dealership to tell them how I had to spend money on have all tires corrected and the service manger could have cared less but was at least nice. This car has been garage kept. So the first time it is out in a heavy rain this past storm my entire radio/amplifier system and alerts went dead. After taking the car to another dealership closer to my home they stated that water was penetrating into the rear boot of the vehicle which caused the issue. My $3800 warranty does not cover the $3000 repair. Nor does it cover the water test I have still yet to do to see which seal is leaking because it is so costly. The ironic thing is that the hard cover convertible top has always made a creaking noise when I back out of my driveway. I assumed that was normal as I have never owned a convertible before. I called Ft. Myers BMW to explain my disgust that they sent me home in a car that was not in the condition I was told it was. And paid for a warranty that doesn't cover any issues I have had with the car. I first spoke with the service manager that was not helpful but actually kind. I asked for a phone call from a higher up and he stated he would have the sales manager contact me. Hysterically it happens to be the same person who sold me the car, Joe. Go figure. He was arrogant, condescending and literally scoffed at me during the entire conversation. He even told me that maybe a piece of dirt got in the top and it caused wear and tear. A piece of dirt? It's a freaking car that is driven outside!!!! I have never had a car salesman or manager talk down on me like I am an ignorant woman and willing to not even give me a drop of courtesy or advice. I am now $4000 in the hole and have to void my warranty to get any help with funds towards my repairs which that won't even cover. And I still don't know how I am going to get the water pressure test done to have the actually seal that is broken repaired. This place is the biggest rip off ever!

Youre used car manager just screwed me out of buying a truck from your used lot. I was on the phone putting a down payment on the truck and your manager told the salesman not to sell it to me because I am out of state and he wanted to sell it to someone local who was comming to look at it later today. How is that fair thats not first come first serve thats playing politics.
