Horrible!! Please beware! Jeff Lilly has horrible customer service skills and is extremely rude and degrading. Try to talk their way out of mistakes made by their employees and put blame on customers. It's NO way to do business. If your shopping around for a security system, please consider Someone ELSE!!!

Mrs Shannon Stucky, located at 201 Holland Street, Hutto, TX 78634, your accusations are just not true.
Your home security system was installed on 04/27/16 and immediately upon being contacted by you on 06/06/16, six-weeks after your installation, I mailed you a check for $351.00 (ck# 1221) to cover the remaining 7-months of monitoring obligation that you claimed you had with your previous monitoring company at Vivint.
I never even questioned whether you were telling the truth, as your sales rep “Phillip Cross” was no longer working for my company and I was not able to verify the validity of your claim and just gave you the benefit of the doubt and mailed you out a check to cover the amount you claimed was promised by your sales rep.
It is not my fault that you contacted the wrong numbers for 6-weeks in your attempt to reach my company before finally calling my company to help you with your situation. Immediately, upon hearing from you, I took care of your situation.
If you were offended with my line of questioning relative to what you claim your sales rep promised you then I apologize, as buying out a customer from their existing monitoring contract is not a normal business practice of my company, nor a business practice I condone and your sales rep was well aware of such and yet I still took care of you and accepted your claim on your word. - Craig R.Webster, TX186May 27, 2014First to Review
They installed a security at my second home in the Volente Area. They showed up on time and were very professional. Now I can view my home from Florida and that makes me feel very comfortable.
