Just what we wanted. A clean, friendly hotel. Great location. The price was very reasonable for cape may. I'll be back.

Having never been to Cape May, chose this location based on reviews+price which seemed to equal value. Advance impression was excellent - I called several times with questions and Lena was always personable, knowledgeable and patient. The tri-fecta of customer service! Pulling up in front was happy to see pictures matched actual (as we all have sadly learned, not always the case), check-in was a breeze (again with Lena) and enjoyed a humorous back and forth with Franco. Into the room and - no major disappointments. Perhaps slightly smaller than I expected, but super clean, nicely appointed, tile bath, nicer linens that weren't threadbare and a mini-kitchen - micro, middle size refrig, and coffee pot. Just enough. In fact perfect for a 3 night stay. A nice pool (again seemed a tad small, but am seeing that's the norm here, so perhaps it's my expectations that are the wrong size!), a BBQ/picnic area out back, as well as a a laundry/ice machine room. Consistently clean and neat. Everywhere. Just exceptionally well kept up. Slightly outside of 'downtown', but still walkable.... and far less $$$ with far less hustle and bustle. IMO, a good trade off.
Very pleased with this choice. We called for an extra blanket and it was delivered in under 5 minutes. Oh, a parking space, beach chairs and towels come with the room, too! Rocking chairs out front, tables and chairs out back let you enjoy some outdoor space - and the pool of course! Very nicely (and thoughtfully) laid out!
Note: they have several room types. We chose #4 - king bed, family suite, no pets. But some have full kitchens, some allow pets, various bed sizes, etc. Certainly a room style for everyone. 'House Rules' are appropriate, enforced, and enhance your stay.
We'll be back....Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - C's M.Nevada City, CA15127135Feb 20, 2021
We loved this place! Franco was so personable and helpful on the phone . We stayed in the pet friendly room with our two puppies and It has a kitchenette , stocked with dishes, cookware.
Dish network so there is lots that watch on the TV.
Clean, cozy comfy beds.
We were here in the off season but still this location is perfect to go everywhere!Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Aug 31, 2020
Great little place out of the way of the hustle and bustle. Extremely clean! As a matter of fact, cleaner than most other places I've ever stayed, especially chain hotels. Lena and Franco were extremely warm and friendly! And the cleaning staff top notch. Close enough to walk down Washington Street to the mall, or to see some of the beautiful homes in the area, even a walk to the beach is not far. We also loved that you are to not be loud after 10:00 p.m. The only downfall....people that think they need to be up at the crack of dawn, carrying on, laughing and hooping it up on the porch in the morning. Maybe adding another rule that there should be no noise before 8:00 a.m. would be a good addition. Not everyone gets up at the crack of dawn while on vacation. Some people do like to sleep in a bit, and if you have children with you, acting like some of these people did that early is very disrespectful. Other than that, would definitely stay again!

I stayed for a Coast Guard graduation and this was the perfect place for me; I only needed a one night stay & it was just for me. Check in & check out was fast and easy. My room (room 5 I believe) was nice and clean when I came in. I was also able to check in at 11 since my plane landed so early. The heater worked great but it was a little loud. And in the morning, sunlight came in providing great light for my makeup (-: Bathroom is a little small, & the shower has shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispenser inside. Plenty of towels were provided & there was a mirror on the door. If I had to stay in Cape May again, I'd definitely stay here.

My family stayed here during the off season. We were attending a Coast Guard graduation and stayed two nights. Our room had a small kitchen which was nice. I would like to come back during the summer season and stay a few days. The room was clean and everything seemed to be in order. Check in and out was simple. Everything in Cape May is within walking distance. They do provide a discount for people attending the Coast Guard graduations.

What a hidden gem. This motel is conveniently located within walking distance to what locals refer to as "the mall". The rooms are updated with the necessities like microwaves and small refrigerators and cable TV. Some even have kitchens. We weren't in town long enough to worry about cooking so we had the two queen beds which is somewhat larger of a room than the ones equipped with a kitchen. We were in Cape May for coast guard graduation and this Inn worked out great because we all stayed here. It's very clean with daily service. Another note, they have a few pet-friendly rooms also available. Sadly, I didn't get any photos but the ones already posted are accurate.

Best Inn ever! The people are super friendly and the rooms are very clean and adorable! Blocks from the beach and across the street from the historic Cape May water tower.
