Ordered a chicken & cheese sub. The roll was crisp, chicken moist, and enough for two meals. The place is popular with fast service. Definitely recommend the place.

I lived in Gaithersburg my whole life and have missed out on this hidden gem. The owners are friendly and accommodating. The food was delicious and priced well for the hyper inflated world we live in today. The chicken fried steak came with many options but I chose over easy eggs biscuits instead of bread and hash browns instead of fries. Everything is fresh and yummy. The grilled cheese was made with two different kinds of cheese and was also delightful. I definitely recommend and will be coming back.

Yesterday, I had a craving for a BLT. No, I am not pregnant, but I know what you were thinking. ; ) Stephen Colbert called the BLT sandwich an "American Classic." I can't help, but agree!
Then, you have to carefully choose where to order this "American Classic."
My suggestion would be BLT in Gaithersburg. I order my BLT on rye bread. No, judgment please.
BLT perfectly toasts the bread, then a light coating of mayonnaise, they pile on that crisp tasty bacon, and finish it off with fresh lettuce, and juicy sliced tomatoes.
Ahhh, when you sink your teeth into the first bite, all of your senses tingle, and you savor the taste. But, before you know it, this delicious food frenzy is over. You have finished your scrumptious sandwich. That is because it was awesome.
Now, you are left with your hot, crisp, crunchy, perfectly fried- French fries. They are overflowing your plate, as you crunch and munch your way to happiness. Yes, this is my guilty pleasure.
I ordered on the phone and my sandwich and fries, were ready to go when I got there. The people who run BLT are warm, friendly, and totally on point. The price point is so reasonable!
My dad really enjoyed egg and cheese sandwich for brunch or lunch. Don't forget, they close early, so visit before 2:00 pm. You will leave satisfied and full. They will fill your craving, until the next time.Helpful 16Thanks 0Love this 17Oh no 0Oct 21, 2016Previous reviewWhen I was pregnant, I craved B.L.T.'s. Crisp bacon, hot off the grill, fresh flavorful tomatoes, lightly brown toast and rich creamy mayonnaise. Then, add the fresh, crisp, green lettuce. These are the things that dreams are made of! The trick is the perfect bacon, not too fatty, not burned, just thick, meaty bacon cooked well done. That is just what I got today at BLT Grill in Gaithersburg. The service was spot on and our food came out in minutes. Did I mention the crunchy, hot, out of the oven French fries? They were spectacular! And that BLT was pure, unadulterated cosmic heaven. I tried to take half home with me, but I finished it in the car. I am so ashamed! Once you go, you will know, it is too hard to resist! My dad got their egg, cheese, and bacon sandwich. He loved it too! Both sandwiches were $5.99 a piece. What a deal! Now, here is the hard part, They Close At Three PM! So, go early, go hungry, and get ready for full satisfaction.

First; to the person who wrote the review complaining about the "racist, sexist, & homophobic memes" on the walls, get off your cross bro. They are retro ads and are the least offensive thing imaginable.
Sunday lunch, around 12:30. It's a small place but clean and welcoming. The staff was friendly and very much on top of everything despite being very busy. Country fried steak with over easy eggs, hash browns, and a biscuit. Food arrived quickly. Steak was very good, but a little chewy which I attribute to the cut of meat, not the preparation. Eggs and potatoes were perfect. The biscuit was amazing, clearly homemade by someone who knows what they're doing.
Total was $13+change for a hefty plate of good food, which is a tremendous value these days. I'll definitely be back if I'm in the area again.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Oct 23, 2022
Wow this place is a gem. Great food, great filling portions for an understandable and solid price. I've tried the pancake platter with sausage Patties, the French toast platter with ham, and the steak n cheese with seasoned fries. All of them were great. If I were to return (which I obviously will) I'd go with the French toast platter for breakfast/brunch or a steak n cheese for lunch. Highly recommend.

Very unassuming place that just happens to make a very affordable and delicious breakfast and lunch menu. I don't come here often but when I do, I know I'll get a great meal from a nice bunch of people. A lovely neighborhood gem.

I was encouraged to try this spot by someone who once lived in the area. Today, I woke up later than usual and didn't feel like cooking breakfast. I called my order in. The owners were honest and genuinely pleasant and engaging. I wish I remembered to take a picture of my order! I had the pancake breakfast, fluffy pancakes, crispy hash browns, turkey sausage and I chose eggs over medium. The portion and taste is worth the trip. Once I try the lunch items, I'm assuming I'll be giving that extra star. The cafe feels very welcoming when you enter, it's a cozy spot so I wouldn't bring a large crowd ( just order takeout for them). I'll definitely be back.
