We went to the Middletown NY location. The salon is very clean and well organized. Unfortunately, I don't remember the name of the nail technician, however, I was very impressed with my manicure. My nails were shaped exactly as I asked and all cuticles were trimmed away. I felt she did a very thorough job and the polish was applied neat and precise. I felt prices were very competitive for the area. I will definitely be returning!!

Not sure why this place has such terrible reviews. I got a pretty awesome sand dip manicure. Agnes did an amazing job cleaning up my cuticles and applying the nail sand with perfect precision leaving smooth and beautifully manicured nails. I had to take a star off since the place itself isn't all too fabulous but definitely a great deal for the service you get. I would definitely come back here.

Very clean. Parking on the street. As long as you go at a reasonable time you should find street parking no problem. The lady I had was amazing. I just got a pedicure. She took her time, massaged my legs and feet for an extended period and was very friendly. Would definitely recommend. I also got a 10 min body massage. So relaxing . The music they play is also very soothing. You kind of forget you are in the center of Irvington for a brief time. Pedi and 10 min massage were $30

Do NOT go here for SNS. I've gotten my nails (SNS) done for years, not every salon has been great, but this was by far the worst. They put the SNS on so thin it was chipping, literally falling off (how is this possible?) the same day!
They spoke in their language to each other the entire time, never once to me.
On a final note, it's in need of serious refurbishing.
I'm sure for a regular mani/pedi they are fine.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Cate M.Elmsford, NY021Dec 2, 2015
I'm new to this area and I really needed to find a clean, quality nail salon to go too. I was a bit skeptical and read through all of the Yelp reviews on the other places and really felt the best about this one.
I'm really anal when it comes to getting my nails done. I get the UV pink gels ($35 w/ French mani) and it drives me crazy when it isn't done right. We pay so much money to get our hands done! I'm so picky, as most of you can agree and I've only been getting my nails done for the past year.
I called and they said they took walk-in's or appointment. I ended up walking in after running errands. They took me right in. I had this lovely lady, Christine, who went above and beyond. She was so attentive, never missing a finger, checked all my cuticles, and I never winced in pain. My nails look beautiful!
About half way through, I asked about a pedicure, they had a few to choose from. The Honey Cinnamon, $75, another $80, Green Spa, $55 and the Crystal Spa, $35. When it comes to pedis I'm all about the massage and the preparation. I went with the $55, at home it would've been $45 for an equivalent, but I wanted to check it out. They wrapped your legs in a hot towels, callus remover, supreme attention, hot stones and the massage was 20 mins of heaven! I may even had fallen asleep.
The only negatives for the $$$, was that the pedi chairs don't massage your back, they are pricey and I didn't receive a message at the end. My only thought was though, that they were closing. But! We are in Westchester, things here are expensive. I would rather take quality over affordability!!
Despite the negatives, I will be returning to this salon when I'm in the area! Ask for Kim or Solynn. Thanks Bliss!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Michelle E.Westchester County, NY2218294Feb 17, 2016Updated review
Alas, the prior "rough" gentleman is gone and he has been replaced by a wonderful masseuse. I am back to loving my local nail salon. Be sure to splurge on a back massage by Jay. He is wonderfully talented and knows how to ease the tension away!
Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Aug 2, 2014Previous reviewI continue coming here because it is convenient, and let's face it...who wouldn't want a $20 Monday mani/pedi bargain? However, the last few experiences have left me disappointed. Aside from the need of a complete updating and fresh coat of paint, there is an overall not-too-sanitary feeling. Caveat Emptor. The last 3 times I had a pedicure, I have had the unpleasant experience of having the gentleman. While he is great at massaging your feet, he is very rough and has cut me 3 times while trying to cut my cuticles, even after I tell him NOT to cut them. It is unfortunate, because I really want to like this place. However, you can't enjoy a pedicure when you're constantly worried you'll catch a disease or infection by their unprofessional actions. Also, you never see where their utensil trays are coming from and on many occasions I have seen nail clippings in them which were clearly not from me. Gross.
Apr 22, 2012Previous reviewReally like the small touches that this place does for mani/pedis including using hot stones when massaging lotion into your feet & legs and using paraffin wax on your heels.

I've been going here for awhile and like it. It was hit or miss for awhile but now I've gotten who to go to down to a science ;) You really can't go completely wrong with anyone and I rarely have to wait.

Very detailed and nice. Try a 10 min massage. They are all very good at it. Every time I go there they are simply very nice and take good care of me. I have a lot of stress at work, but they always make me leave feeling great and relieved from my daily busy life! Thank you ladies*****
