Bliss Foot Reflexology

Definitely disappointing.

They are definitely short staffed when I visited. The staff was in a hurry so did not do the full hour, and I believe she charged me for the wrong service (the more expensive one than the actual one I received). I felt bad for the staff and it wasn't worth it to argue. I let it go and paid with a reasonable tip (I understand they don't make much and do count on the tips a lot) but will never return again.

Clean and nice. A little more expensive than other places but the foot massage was very very relaxing, I think I dozed off a couple times- thats a good thing. it says Reflexology on the outside but it says "Foot Massage" on the inside. 90% of these places are not truly certified reflexologists. And you aren't paying that price. You are getting a great foot massage. I'll be back.

You've got to be kidding me... How do they get any positive reviews? I smell a few SHILL-fish swimming around this business' Yelp page. My massage at Bliss confirmed my suspicion: there are no good foot reflexology spots in Sugar Land.

Aside from costing more than the average Asian massage, this was also one of the worst massages and experiences I've had. I made it VERY clear when making my appointment that I wanted to schedule with Lucy and another woman. I repeated this three times and the man who answered the call confirmed each time. Instead, we ended up with a woman who wasn't Lucy (she massaged my husband), and the man that scheduled my appointment (he massaged me).

I have four kind words for the establishment - they have nice chairs... That is all. The man who massaged me had no idea what he was doing. It was a little worse than what I could get at home. He kept repeating the same few awkward motions... over... and over... and over again. Halfway through I was actually anxious for the massage to end.

Also, if you do make the mistake of going here, don't opt for the Half Foot Half Body... it's a SCAM. My foot massage was $30 and my husband's half foot half body was $40. After my husband and I conferred about the details of our massages, we concluded that there was NOTHING different about what we received. In fact, when I flipped over to my stomach for my back massage, my husband was still laying on his back!

Seriously, just go to Chinatown. High rent in Sugar Land makes for a more expensive massage, but the quality is dirt poor. Say "No" to bad massages. Say "No" to shill reviews. Say "No" to Bliss Foot Reflexology.

Since I first visited this place 2 years ago, Ive been going to only this salon. That's how good this place is. However I had the most unpleasant and rude experience today that I swear I will NEVER ever come back here. Whenever I go to this place, the front desk lady who speaks English (I think her name is Lucy, not sure though) has been always nice and she's the one I get. She does a great job and makes a good company. Never had a problem with her with anything. She's friendly and nice from the beginning to the end. Sometimes I tipped $15 or more depending on my situation, but on average I added 10% of the price as a tip. Today for the first time I got a massage from a different person whom I've been seeing at the salon probably since last year. She's a bit bigger and has a rounder face.

Everything was great until the end. Then it came to the check out. I told her to include the tip to the price before swiping since I didnt have any cash for the tip. But she didnt understand me and just swiped the original massage price. Lucy was attending someone else and couldnt help me with the conversation. So I just added the tip in on the receipt. I signed the receipt and I was about to leave. Then this woman saw my added 10% of the price tip and said in English "too low" and gave me the receipt back with the pen to make me add more money. One can complain about the tip, Ive heard that kind of people, but Ive never seen anybody who physically demands more tip to your face. I was shocked by this whole thing and all I could do was to say "well, I'm sorry." Then she started huffing and puffing and making the most weird face expression that Ive never seen before from anybody who works in service industry. This was beyond being rude. She kept saying "too low" and started increasing her voice and kept making that look in her face.

So be aware if you ever get a massage from this woman and don't tip her whatever the price she thinks she deserves, she might try to get money out of your wallet herself. Apparently 10% is too low for her and it gives her right to be aggressive and abuse a customer. Well, I'm sad to say I'll lose a good company from Lucy but I will never come back to this place again because of this other masseuse.

Came to visit from CA for a business meeting and my back had been hurting from a long delayed flight.

Saw this place on yelp and tried it out. I am so happy with the service and if I lived out here, I'd come back.

But please be careful with where Yelp says this place is. Type in half price bookstore instead cuz that's next to it if u wanna find this place. I got so lost and so confused trying to find this place. So don't trust the yelp locator.

Very clean place, good massage, and happily satisfied.

Wow. This place was ah-ma-zing!! For $40 I received an hour of foot and body massage with hot stones (on leg). You lay on a very comfy large bed, there are 4 in a row behind a bead curtain. Dark area with soothing music. Perfect climate temperature. & Fully clothed. The bed opens up at the end where u stick your feet in heated water. The guy massaged my head, shoulders then my feet and legs. Then you flip over and he massaged your whole back, head to toe. I thought I died and went to bliss heaven. My tension headache vanished and my sore feet were better. Very quiet, nice guy. Free water bottle when you leave. Highly recommended!!

Good massage for the price. Recommend going when it isn't meal time as the space next door can be loud.

So glad I decided to give this place a try! Best massage I had in years. I have massage membership at a chain massage place and this place is so much better as far as massage quality. I didn't want the massage to end.

The massage is firm and feels really great. Don't hesitate to give this place a try. You won't regret it. I'll definitely be coming back.

Came here Sunday got the whole massage for body and head for 40 dollars . Worth every penny will be defiantly going back .

Not worth the 30 dollars an hour. Go to chinatown for cheaper and deep tissue.
paying more for area with NO reflexology, only a light massage at best. Even requested deep tissue before they started, and still gave me the worst massage ive had this year!! And i go every week..just decided to try YELP !!Bad move this time, yelp is pretty accurate , if the revews are real!!!
