Q:
Do you eat inside or outside ? Thinking of the heat. Some people said they got rained on so I assume outside. I did see pictures taken inside as well
A:
Dinner is served inside of our climate controlled barn, Elizabeth!

Took a chance when in Sedona to check this out with the wife on our babymoon. Better than I imagined. Nice 30 minute drive to a cool ranch almost ghost town. Got a fm draft beer at the saloon and we strolled through the shops and the handcarved museum (check it; it's a definite relic of lost times). We shot poorly at the shooting gallery, but what can you say?
Then we were ushered inside and filled our plates with baked potatoes, beans, slaw and chicken and ribs BBQ - way better than I expected since dinner was only part of the show. But it was fab.
Then the show - wow! Three musicians playing cowboy songs and telling jokes. Maybe the best singing and steel guitar I've heard, and I'm picky about that stuff. Also, they made us laugh out loud with their hearkening back to cowboy times....
Last thing - everyone there was as nice as two slices of peach pie.
I think the tickets were 40 a person. Beer is extra. Who cares? In Hawaii this would cost like 250!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Corry B.San Francisco, CA01Mar 29, 2024
This place is an amazing night out for family or friends. Staff is so nice, great musicians and entertainers. There was way too much to experience in just one visit. We did axe throwing, rode the bull, got pics but then it was time for yummy dinner and an amazing humorous and enjoyable musical show. We will be back for the escape room, wagon ride and to finish the put put game. No time to be bored here. Enjoyed every minute!

Our group of about 32 was treated well by all of the very polite and accommodating staff. We enjoyed an hour of socializing in the garden with the arcade and we were very intrigued by the huge turkey who pranced around for an hour showing off his fanned tail feathers. He then submitted to being held for photos with the customers.
We were called into the main dining hall by the staff (performers) and were amused with corny jokes but all in the spirit of a good time. We lined up for the bbq dinner and it was served efficiently on big metal trays that were easy to carry back to the table. the food was very good and I appreciated a gluten free dessert offering (a brownie) but it could have used a dollop of whipped cream like the other desserts.
After the dinner we watched a show with enthusiastic performers, corny jokes and a variety of music. This would be a great place to celebrate a special occasion, even a themed wedding.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Barb R.Greenwood, IN563227Mar 25, 2024
The Blazin M Ranch has great ambiance. We enjoyed the axe throwing and other activities. The live animals were a nice touch as things to do before dinner.
We were ushered in for dinner. The dinner was just ok. I did not enjoy the ribs. And the chicken was ok. The sides were the best...mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese. We were penalized for booking our tickets late and had to go through the line last. It didn't really matter the reason it just should have been discussed.
The entertainment was corny. It just seems that they could just sing more. Instead of the corny little play put on.
I wish I could have given more stars.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Nov 19, 2023
We had a great time here Friday night.
Arcade-style entertainment commenced at 5 pm: a tractor-pulled train, lumberjack-style axe throwing, BB pistol target shooting, mechanical bull riding, photo studio, a genuine saloon featuring Arizona wine & beer and a full liquor license, a souvenir shop. All good fun. I brought some scorpion candy, which I will try as soon as I get my courage up again. The saloon keeper poured a prickly pear margarita that made me silly by the time I'd consumed half a glass.
Dinner was in a large (really large) cafeteria on metal plates. Chicken BBQ, short rib BBQ, prickly pear coleslaw, mashed potato, "flying biscuits." Apple pie for dessert. All of it delicious, and if they had opened the line for seconds I'd be there! I gained 2 pounds that night. All the crew wore some kind of Western outfit. A good number of people were here to celebrate their birthdays.
The show was fun, too. A drama, some humor, a variety show. A visit from a ghost rider on a live horse. The whole thing gave us a great feeling and days later I'm still enjoying it.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 1 - Apr 10, 2024
When we lived in Arizona from 2002 - 2012, we used to visit the Blazin' M Ranch on numerous occasions, especially when we had visitors. Then, the Maybry family were in charge of the meal and show. The show then was strictly cowboy themed music. Since there are new owners, the show has changed to mixture of different types of music. The types of food has changed too, but it actually might be better than before. We had chicken, pork ribs, mashed potatoes, Mac N Cheese, cowboy beans, Cole slaw, a roll, and cherry pie for dessert. Service was great.

Definitely recommend this place, get there early, check in, signed the waiver if you want to do activities, go to the saloon for a drink before the show, assigned seating by sections, you will be called by table to get your food, once dinner is done the show will start, great time

What an amazing experience! Right off the bat gotta give a shoutout to the Hospitality, we had a small issue with our tix but Tex (the owner) was able to help us in the best way possible with kindness and excitement for us to experience the show, food, and activities. Activities were tons of fun! Food was delicious!! The Prickly Pear BBQ Sauce was to die for! Show was campy and fun, absolutely must stay for the grand finale! We were a group of four, 27 years old (me), 25 year old, and two 60 year olds. Great time for the whole family! We cancelled a reservation at Mariposa just to go and experience this on our last night of our trip!

Went with ASU's TSA club for our spring trip. This was a wonderful experience & it was so nice learning about the history from The Feral Cowboy. The food was delicious & entertainment was great! The workers were very kind & I'd definitely recommend visiting!
