Blaze Pizza

I love this chain so this is hard to write. This location has poor customer service: for example I waited 10 min at the front of the line without being recognized. The place is not clean. The topping table is filthy and the lady making my pizza had to restock toppings as I asked (the place was not busy enough to be backed up). For every topping I asked for she said: "anything else?" very rushed and threw my toppings on carelessly, not evenly spreading them. Multiple soda spouts are out of order with no label. The Men's bathroom door is blocked. I'm really not one to write reviews but I would like to see this location improve because I love this chain. Much love Blaze- the pizza was still yummy as always.

Tish was lovely and full of engery was atentive and engaging kept mood lifted kept the environment happy food was dilishes as well and all the staff was delightful

This place is so underrated. A hidden gem is the balsamic glaze. I put it on my pizza every time.

The rudest customer "service".

Decided to try the new meatballs & asked for pesto to be added. The girl making the food told the young man who took the order that she can't do that.

I said, you can't add a dollop on top? I understand there will be an up charge.

She swiftly said no & wouldn't even make eye contact. Pesto on the side? No. No, no, no solutions.

So, I left. My husband still ordered a pizza that he said she was not thrilled at all to be making.

Super small "issue". However, the demeanor & rude nature will make sure I don't return.

Gluten free menu on website seemed pretty trusting.
DO NOT recommend if you have a gluten allergy. I have been up the entire night getting severely ill, and now have to call out of work unfortunately.

I have never had any issues getting gluten free pizza from any restaurant, so I don't think it had to do with cross contamination. They just simply did not give me a gluten free pizza. I am extremely disappointed with the service.

I think I had higher expectations of this location, because I'm used to the food & service at the Fishers location, which I love. The food and service at this location was awful. The entire restaurant was disgusting. There were napkins and all sorts of trash on the floor. The restroom was also a disaster.
There were no other customers inside of the restaurant, at the time, and my pizza was also undercooked. The staff really rushed on my pizza, and for no good reason. I could barely eat my pizza, due to it being undercooked, and I was on my lunch break (late afternoon).

The team was awesome even with the ice machine being broke and handling my ghetto-bougie order. Everything was made exactly the way I wanted it. The team was really friendly. They handled their orders quite well and efficiently as a online mass order came in at the same time as a crowd of people was coming in. Thanks for the quickies I loved it I will be back if not this location another one here soon. I have lots of points to use up.

Great location right by IUPUI. Ordered the take 2 and it was perfect for one person. Quick and friendly service. Well lit and plenty of seating! I enjoyed the variety of fresh ingredients and sauces.

Too many toppings to name! Great choices and a very reasonable price. Atmosphere was clean and staff very accommodating.

Blaze pizza- while a little more "fast-food" feeling than other places around Indy- is SO good, especially when you figure out how to make your pizza exactly as you like it.

Blaze is a chipotle-style pizza place where you start with a plain pizza dough and go down the line, adding sauce, cheese, meat, and toppings as you like. They then cook it right in front of you and you get your pizzas exactly as you like it.

The prices are reasonable, the people are helpful and friendly, and there is plenty of parking outside. It is also in a great location!

The blaze app gives you rewards every once in a while, and their drinks are always very good. I always always recommend getting arugula and balsamic glaze on your pizza AFTER it is done cooking. Yum!!
