Blake's Heating and Air Conditioning is family owned and operated and has been serving Yolo and Solano counties since 1973. We have one of the oldest contracting licenses in the business and know what our customers want. We install only the best equipment and provide service and repair at a fair price. We established a relationship with Lennox in 1976 and are still proud to install Lennox products today. In 2006 Blake's was awarded the Circle of Excellence Award from Lennox. We are proud to be one of the top 40 Lennox dealers in the nation.Blake's is one of the few companies still charging hourly rates for service as when the company was founded. Clients are charged for materials and labor only. Our estimators and technicians are not commissioned so their concern is what is best for our customers. We treat our customers well and they in turn give us the best advertising, word of mouth.

My allergies haver been awful, mostly INSIDE my house, so I had Blake's clean the ducting which had not been cleaned in at least 30 years. Two young men came right on time and quickly, quietly and pleasantly cleaned the ducts. They cleaned up after themselves too - not that there was much dirt or debris. Highly recommend!

We had excellent service with Blake's. They came out within one day to diagnose a failed heat exchanger in a 24 year old furnace then replaced the whole unit two days later. And this all happened the week before Christmas. We are enjoying our new furnace. It's much quieter and smoother than the one it replaces. Thanks to Blake's for the promotion service and fair price. .

I've always had good experiences with Blake's. Just had the air conditioner serviced and the thermostat replaced with a smart thermostat. Kevin, the
service guy was so wonderful. He went above and beyond making sure the smart thermostat was working and synced properly. He also explained more about the air conditioning and the maintenance of the system than anyone ever has. We just want to express our gratitude to Blakes. We cannot be more satisfied at how fast, efficient and friendly both Kevin and Jeff were while installing our HVAC package unit. They managed to get us in way earlier than originally expected. Not just by the day but also by the hour. We planned on "adjusting" without a/c for another 2 weeks in triple degree weather. But, they fit us in their schedule in just a couple days. Amazing! We cannot thank them enough! Thank you

They came out same day on July 3rd and fix my mother's AC. I really appreciate them prioritizing seniors (she's 91). The systems they put in for me a few years ago are still running strong and were expertly installed.

The service this company provides is amazing. Jared was absolutely amazing and was able to get our AC running in just a few hours on the hottest y day of the year. On the phone I spoke to Gracie and she was able to help me with everything and explained the service perfectly. Their prices are the best in town! If you ever need service they are the best. I will continue to call them every single time. And they have an after hours service line is a great to have when you have an emergency or an immediate need for service

Great service from Blake's to improve the function of our AC - Doug called ahead, came over on time, explained everything, gave us a range of options, didn't try to pressure us to replace anything that could be repaired, fixed the issue right there and then, and made sure it was working better. He was friendly and a pleasure to deal with (and things were pretty chaotic over here with a lot going on!), and the cost of the service was really affordable.

I have had Blakes install a number of heat/air systems in my rental properties and as a Realtor referred them ofter over 30 years. I asked them to do a repair to my personal residence and they refused because they didn't install that system. No appreciation for all of my past business. Very disappointed with Mark Blake.

WOW Roy one star? From my Alaskan fishing buddy? I politely called you and explained that you have a new system under warranty from another company. I would not replace the rat destroyed duct work on it because that would void your warranty with them. It was not a repair like you said on Yelp. We have already been through this with other clients. The duct work hooks up to the brand new system. If a compressor or heat exchanger go out several companies use that to their advantage so as not to pay for a $3000. compressor. I do remember you being a real estate agent in the 90's and referring me a lot. I do appreciate that but on this job it would cause nothing but problems. We've already gone through this with that company that you used. I politely said go back to them or get someone else 3 times. Now for the 1 star, you could've manned up and came down and talked to me. Good luck and try to stay away from high commissioned companies on all your other work. Really, one star for politely saying I did not want to bid your job. Very disappointed in you Roy. Mark Blake

They fixed the AC, but trashed my house. 4 men came out to fix the AC and tracked dirt throughout my house. They left screws and pieces of insulation everywhere. I'm glad I don't have small children or pets because these men were careless! They used my bathroom without permission and left dirt everywhere. I get it I expect to have to clean my house whenever someone comes in for repairs but this was over the top!
