If you're in Tahoe to ski, enjoy the lake, or just enjoy the weekend... you must try this place!! I was newly pregnant and needed a massage and facial, but didn't know if there were any protocols or dos/ donts - the owner talked it all through with me over the phone and then when I got there they took fabulous care of me! I have only gotten one other facial done (during my wedding) but I was expecting the beautician to critique my skin and tell me my pregnancy acne was horrible, but actually the opposite! She took fabulous care of me, kept reassuring me that it would clear up.

The prenatal massage was fabulous! My massage therapist was super sweet and did the right amount of pressure. She also let me pick the last 15 minutes for hands or feet, which was nice! So I would definitely call them and schedule a spa day! It is clean, lightly dimmed in all the rooms, and I liked how it was set up with a seeming small space, but could not hear anything else outside the room!

If I could give this place - Gillian stars, I would! I absolutely love this day spa! Best one in South Lake Tahoe!! Was looking for massage and facial treatments during a recent Tahoe trip, and Yelp came through for me. Woohoo!

Location is great and easy to find with ample parking. Entrance is calm and inviting. From the moment I walked in, I already felt relaxed. I was warmly greeted upon check in and went to the bathroom prior to treatment. I love the floral wall paper and decor. The waiting room had ample reading materials, water, tea, and all.

I had a 60 minute massage with Loren. She is so friendly and accommodating. She made me feel
Comfortable and relaxed even in my half asleep state upon starting and ending. Haha. My only regret that it wasn't for 90 minutes. Pressure was firm, just how I like it and she really tried to work on my knots and troubled areas (shoulders, neck) . I also had no idea how tight my hips were since I usually focus on my upper body. Wish I could've gone back for one more appointment before leaving Tahoe. Til next time and thank you so much Loren! You know I'll be back.

Had a 30 minute radiant facial with Halie. Again my only regret was that I didn't make it for a 60 or 90 minutes! I was on a time crunch and thought I had to return back by a certain time and turns out I didn't. Grrrr! Anyway, Halie was great and explained all the different products she used on me and was really gentle and thoughtful. She really made the session about me, which I appreciated. My face felt so refreshed and I didn't want to touch or put any products on it all day!

Wonderful 5 star experience from start to finish. So easy to book appointments online! Thanks for a great birthday treat yourself day, Biospirit. You know I'll be back!

This was one of the best massages my husband and I have ever gotten! We got the couple's massage and received our massages at the same time. My masseuse asked me questions and worked on the areas that I felt needed the most attention. She did the perfect amount of pressure based on my feedback. The atmosphere is so relaxing and heightened the experience. It wasn't cheap but it was worth every penny!

Loren is an exceptional massage therapist, her deep tissue massage work was exactly what I was hoping for. She is very professional and knows her craft well!
I highly recommend any visitors or locals to visit this spa. Everyone is very professional, the space is very warm and inviting. We will be back!

As a local, I've been coming here for years and am always treated with respect and their services are top notch. The staff is friendly, professional and Lauren is a master masseuse who I swear is magical in her techniques! Jenny's facials are the pampering everyone should treat themselves to!

Small boutique type spa inside a hotel. Got a massage which was very good. Masseuse was attentive and facilities were all very clean.

Wow! My experience at BioSpirit Spa was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment I stepped in, I was enveloped in a world of relaxation. The steam room melted away all my stress. Super nice and clean! The scrub was invigorating and smelled so amazing, leaving my skin soft and smooth. The seaweed wrap made me feel like a sleepy newborn baby. I might of dozzed off a little. The hydro facial left my skin feeling rejuvenated and glowing, it was the perfect finale, leaving me feeling utterly pampered and refreshed. The staff were attentive and professional, ensuring every moment was pure bliss. I can't wait to return for another heavenly escape at BioSpirit!

What an amazing experience! A family member gave me a gift card to Biospirit Spa for my birthday. I have never been there before so scouted out their website. The website was well done, informative and allowed me to make an appointment with ease.

When I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised! The parking was easy, the staff were super friendly, and the vibe was exactly what I needed. Calm and welcoming....

The room was exceptionally clean, professionally outfitted and anyone who gets massages regularly knows how important the linens and tables are. The linens were on point and the table set up was super comfortable.

Loren Rodriguez was my Massage Therapist. Loren was professional, listened and understood my needs, and absolutely knew what she was doing. It all made sense.... I later found out she had her Bachelor's in kinesiology and has been a Massage Therapist for many years.

I will be back! I will sing Loren's praises and will refer Biospirit to all my friends here in SLT as well as refer people that come to visit.

My husband and I had a wonderful deep tissue couples massage. Lillian and Loren were excellent and really did an amazing job working out our sore muscles. Would highly recommend and would return if ever in the area again!
