Great spot on the boardwalk for a quick sit down breakfast. Just greasy enough to get my day going. We went both days we were here! Staff is friendly, most of the customers are repeat (always a good sign) and the food is quality diner breakfast. One day I got eggs over easy, perfectly done with a runny yolk, the other day I got a Taylor Ham egg and cheese on a roll.

24 years ago my princess worked here and she said the food is still the same. The food was amazing and delicious. They service was fast and very friendly. I love the look of the restaurant. The owner place dollars on everything. A very relaxing atmosphere.

A favorite of mine on the boardwalk for many years since I've been coming to Atlantic City. The owner isn't here anymore but the food quality is still the same. Can't go wrong with pretty much anything on the menu. This time I got the gyro and souvlaki combo platter. Portion is extremely generous enough to feed a small village. Didn't disappoint. Very good Greek diner at reasonable prices.

this place was pretty good for a snack during the walk on the boardwalk. it looked weird when walking in, restaurant is full of bills. the restaurant serves a variety of food from gyro to hot dogs and sandwiches to breakfast food. the platter was a good size for us to share as a snack. the restaurant also has a lot of alcohol too and it appears that you can purchase bottles of alcohol

Doesn't update prices so it's always more then advertised the service person was cold and uncaring about the price disparity I don't recommend bill's gyro .....tourist trap definitely

The food was okay but definitely NOT worth the price. So expensive, I got a gyro and fries and it was $20!!!! I've been coming here with my family for years but it has gone downhill. Also the lady who served us was so rude! My boyfriend is allergic to cheese and he specifically said "no cheese" on his sandwich but it still had cheese so when we asked her to please take it back and make a new one she gave us so much attitude and didn't even make a new sandwich... they just took the cheese off of the SAME sandwich and we watched them do that. The whole time she was very rude and had an attitude. My boyfriend didn't eat his sandwich but we didn't say anything else about it because it wasn't worth it but it was overall a bad experience.

Ordered the gyro with chicken and lamb. It was delicious. The meat was seasoned to perfection and the wrap was warm and soft. The Greek yogurt sauce was cool and refreshing over the lettuce and tomatoes.
Place is small, but has a lot of character. It was fairly pricedHelpful 1Thanks 1Love this 3Oh no 0 - Gianna V.Atlantic City, NJ1713Jul 27, 2023

A 60% price increase on your entire menu?? This must be a joke. So instead of paying $6.55 for a simple gyro sandwich, now its $9.45!
I came to stop by at my once favorite gyro spot on the Atlantic City boulevard. I noticed that they are only doing takeout from the sign on the front door, which is fine given the pandemic.
Yes, tge gyro is great, but once I saw this drastic change in price, I turned tail and went to another restaurant. I don't mind paying for quality, but 3 things made me change my mind:
1. $10 for a gyro sandwhich? Thats more expensive than NYC by about double. (The average cost of a good gyro sandwich in Manhattan for around $4-$5.)
2. Their current menu prices put them on par with nearby gourmet restaurants. The value just isn't there anymore.
3. A 60% price increase is just an insult given that it's now just a to-go spot. And even if it had dine-in, the seating is nothing special.
Who ever made this menu and boosted the prices needs a reality check. This is just a small to-go diner, not a 2 star restaurant.
At these prices I can get a cheaper and better burger at Gallagher's, and a better experience along with it. Who's dumb enough to pay $15 for a cheesburger with fries here? Come on, get real.
I was going to buy 3 gyros, but I could get a real meal for that $30 instead.
Maybe I'll return if and when the prices come back down to earth.Helpful 3Thanks 0Love this 3Oh no 0Nov 27, 2018Previous reviewThis is my second time stopping here for their gyro souvlaki sandwich (lamb/beef) and its still as great as it was the first time. I was able to confirm it wasnt just good because I was starving the first round! They are open 24 hours and have a vast menu and serve breakfast all day round. Centrally located on the Atlantic city boardwalk with some seating in back and front.
Good food, fast service, and most menu items run around $7 after tax from burger deluxe to gyro meals. I posted the full menu so see for yourself! It aint a pretty spot but is sure is good, I recommend.
