BIGGBY COFFEE

Arrived here at 1020am and ordered a frozen coffee with no whip cream. The girls took the money and handed the drink out with whip cream. Reminded her no whip cream. She snatched the drink back and said "oh yeah". She scrapped off the cream and handed back closing the window. Also the drive through is disgusting. It look like it haven't been cleaned in years, so much litter and graphite.

My kids love the donut holes and my wife likes the mocha mocha, but I can't stand the coffee. It is weak and flavorless. Kinda like the coffee you get at Big Boy.
Service is ok. Reasonably clean.

Great staff and great coffee! I myself have loved the vibe as soon as i pull up, and I've heard the same from others that they love the environment here, so much so i even applied to work here!

As I read with other reviews, asked for no whipped cream but yet, drink had it. After the long wait, not worth the hassle to get it correct. But this location has higher prices than other locations, so remember that if you visit. And when ordering coffee, please make sure it is served hot & you ask for it hot. Just disappointed in this location on quality & quantity.

EDITED UPDATE: We have changed this from a one star to a five after communicating with the actual location owner and receiving a very well stated reply and an apology for the assistant manager's behavior. Thank you Matt Taylor we appreciate that very much and are dropping the case. We have always enjoyed your location in the past and will return again soon. It's always great to find our tribe of enlightened ones in this Draconian fear ran state we call home.

If you don't want to be incredibly harassed by assistant manager brooke for having a medical condition and not being able to wear a mask avoid this location and go to a different one... she claims it is company policy although we have never had a problem like this at any other Biggby location. If it is company policy, not only does it violate the HIPPA act of 1996 it is grossly inconsistent with every other location we have been to... She then stated we could not use the rest room unless we were customers even though the restroom at this location is between two glass doors with a separate entrance which is beyond ridiculous. Obviously little assistant manager brooke has no common sense and got her title from a Cracker Jack box!! We have reported this incident to main Biggby headquarters and our lawyer awaiting a response to what they are going to do about this... Obviously assistant manager brooke either needs a lot more company training and a reprimand or needs to be FIRED immediately for HIPPA violations!!

I really like this coffee. I love this location. The staff is efficient and always get my order right. The bragels are good too. RJ is a pleasure to deal with, always upbeat and quick My fav drink is the Iced Nonfat Caramel Marvel and it's always made right here. At the other Mt Pleasant location, it was not. Therefore this will continue to be my goto location.

Every coffee pot was empty or cold except 1. The staff offered to heat it up. No creamer either. There was a girl not working there talking to the staff right in front of the coffee and wouldn't move.
Slow. Worst staff. Coffee place with no hot coffee?? Ridiculous.

Literally the rudest staff I have encountered at a biggby franchise. Ordered my drink which is not necessarily a common drink they immediately told me to go to the attached Dairy Queen. When I went to tell them it's that same as another drink just white chocolate she cut me off and said total at the window. I got to the window and the girl making the drink in the background said- it's seriously just a snow mint mocha. No.... it's not. So now as I drink my snow mint mocha and reflect on my positive experience I realize my 2 star review is far too nice.

Friendly staff. I had a Katy's mocha and Maria had a Earl Gray hot tea. Pastry was in plastic wrap and was't fresh.

My favorite place to grab a coffee in the morning. Friendly service and very quick. R.J. has to be nicest, politest, quickest person at the drive thru window.
