BIGGBY COFFEE

This place was great when it first opened, but now it's just terrible. Half the time you go they screw your drinks up. They need to hire better people, or train them to do things the right way. I wouldn't trust some of these employees to make the coffee at Speedway.

Great service- quick, hot, delicious coffee and bakery. Friendly staff and you could sit and rest and chat or play bags!

I have been a Biggby customer for a good few years! Love the coffee and the service is always on point, But this one is by far the worst most unprofessional Biggby I have been into.

First of all it's 12:30 and the manager was counting money and said I will help you soon as I nearly slipped and busted my butt on the floor because it was raining and hardly any caution signs was where they needed to be and then the other two workers laughed about it. If you look at the camera about 12:30 PM on this day you will clearly see me doing the job of the workers because I nearly fell!

Someone needs to really look into this place.

Waited in drive thru line for 35 min this morning. Only 3 cars passed through the line. Ended up driving off and noticed 4 other cars drive off as well. My guess is you lost $30 at least in those minutes. If management isn't aware of the frustration I am letting you know. As a fellow business owner a couple suggestions.
1. App usage for people to order in advance.
2. Have an employee taking orders outside and using headset to baristas inside.
3. organize pickup parking spaces.
4. Perhaps limit your menu

Ultimately you will make more money and your customers will be happier. Only trying to help and visiting from out of town. I often get coffee daily, but couldn't bare to sit in a line for 45 min waiting on a simple latte.

easily the best experience i've ever had at a chain coffee place. i just went in for a quick coffee and Dana & Destiny were so helpful and nice. i can tell they really love their jobs as baristas!

I'm going to agree with the other reviews. The wait staff was very rude. They were talking about personal things in front of younger customers, very loudly. Both of our drinks were made incorrectly and served luke warm. I asked for an ice water & was given ice in cup with hot water from the coffee machine (?) Won't return or suggest this location.

I like this place more than Starbucks. I got a Frozen Caramel Marvel, and I like that there was still a strong coffee flavor to it. Most coffee shops, load the thing with sugar and caramel and little to no coffee flavor.

Great Tea but the staff working were obnoxious. They spoke very loud about their personal lives (e.g., sex lives, girlfriends, concerts, sexting, parties) it was impossible to tune them out to do work. 2 or 3 patrons left due to the loud chatting of staff and inappropriate content of their conversations. Would never visit that location to do work again.

Always great service and amazing lattes. I've never had a bad latte here. Consistent and delicious.

Coffee flavor was a good rich medium roast but my americano was very watered down and lost the coffee. White chocolate syrup was very weak.
