So we took my daughters car there, it's SAT for a month after I called my insurance & had a confirmed date of when repairs were approved. I have never been treated so poorly in customer service, front desk was awful, manager could care less & owner doesn't seem to care what is happening in his shop. I walked in to the office & saw beer cans in the trash can as well as my body work was wavey & paint seemed to be unbuffed. when I complained they said I already had the keys & they couldn't touch the vehicle with out more payment. WILL NEVER USE AGAIN.

Do not ever bring your car here. They all suck ass and have no idea what they are doing. I hit a coyote and the repairs were said to only take two weeks. We went to pick it up and the hood wouldn't shut correctly and didn't close evenly on both sides, the second time we went to pick it up, we noticed that they hadn't replaced my fender when it was stated very clearly that it needed to be done, the third time we went to pick it up, the fuel line was dangling by my tire. They took it back in and "fixed it" and went I left, my car was very shaky and it felt like it was vibrating. It was also very jerky and seemed like it would accelerate and decelerate on its own. Not even two blocks away after leaving the shop my glow plug and engine light came on. So again we had to leave it at the shop. A couple of days later they called and told us that there wasn't a single drop of oil when the car had been brought it, but we had an oil change a few months before we took it in. They also told us they took it for a test drive and it drove very well, so it's clear they lied about that. Also, if there wasn't any oil in my car we would've known, the change oil light would've lit up on my dash, and if my oil leaked we would've seen a puddle of oil where I park my car. I'm pretty sure they drained my oil, forgot to put it back, and thought we'd be stupid enough to believe that it was our fault. They almost cost us a whole new engine due to their stupid fuck ups. After that, we ended up taking my car to the dealership we got it at and they had no problems fixing anything at all and I had it back after about a week and a half of being ilyt the dealership. Where as it was at big spring collision center for several months. Never waste your money here, they're horrible. You would be better off spending the extra money somewhere else. NEVER EVER LEAVE YOUR CAR HERE THEY WILL COMPLETELY DESTROY EVERYTHING AND BLAME THEIR FUCK UPS ON YOU!!!!

I had not had my brand new 2015 Highlander 2 months when someone lost a hubcap on the interstate and it hit the side of my Toyota. It left a huge dent and took a chunk of my paint off the driver side door. A friend recommended Big Spring Collision Center. They had used them several times and really bragged about their work. They quoted me $650-$800 (my damage was bad). When I picked up my SUV a few days later (they had to special order my paint) it looked like new! They had washed and detailed my SUV inside and out not to mention matching my paint perfectly! The best part was when I went inside to pay they said my bill was only $605!!! Fabulous, professional workmanship and honesty and integrity rarely seen these days!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!
