Big Apple Bagels

Very busy and understaffed. They gave me the wrong bagel but I wasn't too upset. I didn't say anything about it to them; the bagel was still good. The veggie cream cheese was also very good; perfect creaminess and just the right flavor. I will be back.

The service here was amazing. even though it was busy they made me feel so welcomed. The food was amazing!!! Their cream cheese pumpkin muffin was so good!! also the best bagel i've ever had (and i don't really like bagels!) very highly recommend this place.

Atmosphere: Located in a strip mall so there was ample parking. The inside was really clean.

Service: Professional and they were pretty fast too. I don't know what people are expecting when they come here, I mean these guys are probably making minimum wage, if they aren't all cheer and sunshine can you blame them? They were nice enough and did their job well. Can't believe how bucky some of these reviews are about the service not smiling enough or being gung ho about getting them coffee and a bagel. You don't see people demanding that kind of enthusiasm at a McDs.

Coffee: I got a mocha and my friend got some blended freezy coffee, both were good and reasonably priced.

Next time I'm back I am looking forward to trying a smooth and grabbing a muffin or bagel.

Excellent bagels! Great selection of bagel flavors and cream cheese options.

The service is quite slow. During our visit, there were 3 tables. All had their food. It took about 10 minutes for us to get a bagel and breakfast sandwich. I'd also like to see more topping options for the breakfast sandwiches - include cream cheese, more veggie options, etc.

Service-for being pretty empty when we got there it took quite a while for our order (2 bagels and 2 bagel sandwich) to come up. Servers were not unfriendly, but not friendly either. No one in there smiled.
Food-wife's bagel sandwich was quite large and worth the price but the bagels themselves were a disappointment. There was no chew or bite to them. Very bread and way to fluffy for a bagel. Flavor was decent but texture was way off for a bagel.

If you want a bagel this your place! Love it , I'm for New York and I grew up eating bagels for breakfast & it is definitely a great replacement since I moved here!! Love love

Great little place to get a delicious fresh bagel. I like the people and how flexible they are when ordering. Also love that they have cream for coffee and lots of options. I have not had a bad experience yet. Only thing I don't like is how the chairs sound while moving on the floor. Simple bumpers of some kind would certainly add to the chill environment that is already there.

This place is totally disappointing. The selection was extremely limited, yes I was there at 1pm, but I should be able to order a sandwich and have the option of egg, salt or tom. basil - they did not have any of these choices. I also wanted cucumber cream cheese - they did not have this either. Not happy.

Definitely a must go on everyone's bucket list, amazing staff and a wonderful owner that cares about getting to know every single customers and making sure everyone's visit is the best it can be

Ok bagels. Not the best service. Ordered a bagel with cream cheese. Asked for the bagel to be heated not toasted. It was ice cold when I got it. The person preparing the order doesn't really look at the order slip I guess.
