Great spot to get a healthy and satisfying meal in a cozy location. The hot stone combinations are customizable to your taste based on protein choice (or go veggie) along with various sauces.
Get the black rice and add the egg. Trust me.
The fig and avocado salad is also tasty and unique.
So sad to hear this location is closing on Sunday.
Other locations are more of the fast casual style. I may go to get my hot stone fix, but this place along with friendly staff will be missed.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

Go now for their dineLA menu before it ends on 7.27 because you get a lot of food for only $15. (or $25 for dinner)
We came here for lunch; specifically for their dineLA lunch menu.
You get:
+ Appetizer sampler of salad, glass noodles, and spicy/sweet popcorn chicken
+ Choice between three bibimbap: salmon, glabi, or steak with a choice of white, brown or black rice, and three different sauces
I got their steak bibimbap with black rice and sesame sauce and it came with broccoli, mushroom, kale, bean sprouts, and onions. I also added a fried egg for an extra dollar. It was served in a sizzling hot stone bowl with sauce on the side.
The appetizer was really good. I really liked the spicy kick from the fried chicken with the tasty glass noodles. As for the bibimbap, I liked how all the flavors melded together with the black rice, sauce, steak, and veggies. It was super hot, so don't get too excited and blow before you take that first bite. I've never had black rice before but I really liked the flavor and it complemented the dish well.
Service was good and attentive; food came out promptly.
Check-in and get their iced rose tea for free.
Parking is on the street only.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0Business owner information

Thanks for your glowing review (and photos) Dianna! We're happy to hear you enjoyed the appetizer and bibimbap during dineLA's restaurant week.

Please check this place out! They are SOOO friendly. I cannot speak enough about how welcome I feel when I come here. They recognize repeat customers and really make sure every person is satisfied with their food.
So I have found my "go-to" dish is the Bibigo Noodle...yum... but i also tried some spicy hot stone noodle and boy was it delicious. Rice noodles, spinach, tofu and other deliciousness was just intensely satisfying.
As for appetizers, I LOVE the dumplings, even the particularly ok, really PICKY child I have liked the dumplings!! That truly says a great deal. I really cannot say enough about this place. I absolutely adore it. I want to see them do well, not only because they deserve it, but also for selfish reasons... because I love it! So give it a whirl, parking is available if you're lucky on the street... otherwise the parking structure (which is free for 2 hours) is almost directly across the street.Helpful 3Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Jun 4, 2012Previous reviewOk, so i have never dated a Korean until now. I have been wanting to try this place since I had seen the banner pop up on the construction site, the name was so adorable. Not because I like kimchi or anything, because I don't typically... but because it's nice to have another cuisine in the area. I don't know if Koreans actually like this spot--probably not too authentic, but this white girl does. (I should mention that whilst eating there were two Korean families that dined there, so maybe they do! Also, even though I am a "round eye" I do know the differences in Asian heritage, even if only by listening to the languages spoken.)
I ordered the Bibigo Salad. What a treat! Spinach, mini heirloom tomatoes, fried tofu, rice cakes and some incredible peanut sauce. My mom had come to visit, so she ordered the Bibigo Noodle--- Buckwheat noodles, veggies, a very finely shredded chicken breast (which was an awesome shredding instead of those bulky chunks) and an amazing wasabi sauce. (I could totally just drink that wasabi sauce!) She wanted to try a hot stone dish but was worried since we had my kiddo with me... in case of injury just order the non hot dish! At the end of our meal we were offered a sample of the cucumber jalepeno juice. WOW! Sooo delicious and refreshing. If that sounds good to you you MUST try it!
They had a nice indoor seating area, as well as some seats outside. The employees are gracious. I loved the voice of our server, not that it matters, but the sound of her voice was so unique that she should consider doing voice overs. The bathrooms even have a nice decor!
It was a fabulous meal and this will become a go-to spot for my family. My mom was so happy with her meal she said she looks forward to driving back to LA again soon just to eat here! It's not fancy, it's not expensive, it's just a nice sit down or to-go place, with better ambiance than an average run of the mill restaurant. Best part of the meal?? Yes the food was great, service was pretty swell, got to visit with my mom.... but THE best part was that my mom treated! YAY! - 399373405Mar 10, 2014
3 Stars for Bibigo. I came here over the weekend and because it had 4 stars on yelp we thought we would give it a try. Eh... It was alright. We wanted to try the specialty tea (that they offer when you check in on Yelp) and they were all out. Strike 1. Strike 2, they were also out of another tea that the server had already offered us since they didn't have the other specialty tea. The service was ok. Our server was nice and got the job done. The food was good. I had the Steak Bibimbap. Will I jump for joy and want to come here again right away? Probably not, but the overall experience was good.
I hope this helps you decide on which restaurant to go when you're out and about on Beverly Blvd in Beverly Hills. :)Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - 7504952841Aug 14, 2014
Uhhhhh just because Psy is the Bibigo spokesman, is that why the a Yelp stars are so high? If Bibigo is supposed to be a healthy rendition of Korean food, at least give a little side of kimchi. Dinner started off tasty with the spicy pork buns, soft bread, pickled veggies, and pork marinated authentically. This dish was the highlight, but not quite sure if it's worth $7 for 2 buns.
I was excited to try the red chicken with fried okra, but was disappointed. The red chicken was a poor take on a spicy orange chicken. The meat was more chewy than getting Panda Express that has been sitting in the warmers for 5 hours.
The hot stone chicken bibimbap was dry, even after adding sauce. I appreciated the fresh veggies of bean sprouts, kale, broccoli, and mushrooms. I'm not sure what all this Bibigo hype was all about. I guess I should have known better when I walked in at 7:30 for dinner and there were no more than 5
tables occupied.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

"Oh no, Bibigo!" sums up my feelings toward the menu change. I have been here twice before my recent visit. I enjoyed the simple menu and emphasis of customizing your bibimbap with several rice, protein, and sauce options. Now the bibimbap is just an after thought and located on the bottom of the menu. The new menu is composed of small and large plates with a new emphasis on wine and cocktails. Bibigo was never my go to option to wine and dine.
Fig and Avocado Salad (1 star) - The vinaigrette was so bitter. I could not have another bite. There was very few visible pieces of avocado. The portion size was too small to be $7.
Bibimbap (3 stars) - I love combination of the the fresh veggies with the brown rice, bulgogi, and a fried egg on a hot stone. I like it with the hot sauce (kohot). My boyfriend prefers chicken with the sesame sauce, which he was able to request although it's not listed on the menu. Although it was cheaper at $9 instead of $11 from the previous menu price, the current bibimbap portion size is nearly half of the generous portion size it used to be. The flavors were the same, but my boyfriend and I just wanted more. So we had to top off our meal at Sprinkles Ice Cream.
If I reviewed it when I first came to Bibigo prior to the menu change (before December 2012), it deserves four stars. Not only do I miss how the bibimbap used to be, but I miss the mini wontons and the jalapeno cucumber iced tea. I will not be back at this location even if the service (4 stars) is good. I'm curious to see if the other locations have changed their menu too.Helpful 5Thanks 0Love this 5Oh no 0 - Kat C.Los Angeles, CA912101682Dec 7, 2012Updated review
I stepped into a new-and-improved Bibigo tonight! Their menu has been revamped (as of Monday), and they now have a full bar! If you love wine, you'll be delighted to know that there isn't a bottle of Kendall Jackson or Woodbridge in sight! Whew! Even saw a Gewürztraminer blend. Nice!
The menu now has more tapas-style small plates, large enough for two people to share. The Black Rice Croquettes came steaming-hot and sooo fragrant. Such a joy to bite into the light, crispy "crust" to find plump grains of black rice with chopped pieces of scallop, squid, and shrimp. The sauce on the bottom was rich in spicy tomato-y goodness! Warm and delicious! It also came with a small portion of beautiful heirloom tomatoes.
The Spicy Rice and Fish Cake small plate was perfect for a cold night. Thick pieces of soft mochi-like rice rolls and hollow fish sticks (if you've ever had Asian hot pot, you'll know what they are). Swimming in a rich tomato sauce with just enough heat to warm your body! Such great comfort food!
The Braised Black Cod is a must-try! Just melts in your mouth! Generous portion too! Be sure to try the daikon radish at the bottom of the bowl -- it just soaks up the spicy soy sauce!
The Spicy Pork Ribs were amazing. They boil(?) it 'til the meat's about to fall off the bone and then they deep fry it a little to get a nice crust on the outside. Then they smother it with a sauce that's thick and gooey and spicy. The best part comes when the waiter brings these little white tablets to your table (they look like large TUMS tablets) and pours a little cold water over them. The tablets soak up the water and rise into mini towelettes logs! So fun to watch!
For our entrees, we had the rice bowls. My Seafood Rice bowl came brimming with tender chunks of very fresh shrimp, squid, and mussels. The squid was delicately scored and perfectly cooked! Such attention to detail! The sauce was a very simple soy and sesame sauce with tiny pieces of hot peppers. Perfect for keeping the hot rice moist, and it didn't hide the delicate taste of the fresh seafood.
Oh, and be sure to order the Pickled Vegetables with your meal. They're lightly pickled and really help cleanse the palate in between dishes. Plus the presentation is just beautiful!
And, as always, the service was super friendly and fast. The food came piping-hot and dirty plates were cleared and replaced in a jiffy. I love the new atmosphere and can't wait to try the other new dishes!Helpful 5Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0May 6, 2012Previous reviewHuge portions that come in hot stone bowls. Affordable prices. Great, attentive service. Best spicy sauce I've had in years (they call it kohot sauce). The ingredients are fresh, and they are cooked with no added oils, except those that come from the meats. Absolutely recommend the steamed pork and chicken buns (oh, the absolute softest buns in town!), kimchi fried rice, steak bibimbap, and the spicy pork bibimbap with kohot sauce! The kimchi platter of pickled small cucumbers and cabbage is amazingly cold and refreshing. And so are their flavored teas. Awesome comfort food!

I love this place. I've tried the bulgogi stone rice bowl and the kimchi fried rice which is also served in a stone rice bowl. Both are absolutely delicious. The kimchi fried rice has a bit more flavor. If you go wtih the bulgogi bowl, then you should definetly pour in the delicious extra sauce they give you. This place is cute because they serve their food in a hot stone rice bowl where you can basically cook it yourself for fun. I love the runny egg they give you on top of your bowl. You can cook it because the bowls are hot enough.
Even the servers are extremely friendly and one of the waitresses even remembered me! I will forsure be coming back not only for the good food, good service, but good price as well. Yes to bibigo!!Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

Korean Food = YES!
KBBQ = YES!
Fast-ish food on my lunch break when I actually step away from my desk = YES!
Trying to pass off fried or stir-fried meats that are all served with rice as "healthy" = NO, all of which I don't even think are organic = NO x's 10
Paying extra for a Kimchi "Platter" = NOOOOOOOOO... all of those small kimchi appetizer dishes are supposed to go with the whole experience of a KBBQ place, although I had to try and at three small portioned kimchi that came on the "platter" were good, should still not be extra.
I did do take out (and still ate at my desk), so I will try again (after their first week), and dine in. The thing I did like about the take out tho, is that they have all of the loved KBBQ sauces (sauce freak right herrrrrre) in packets togo. Love.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Alan L.Chino Hills, CA412146173May 8, 2014
Simple Asian dishes "booshiefied" and Americanized always tend to disappoint, but this place expelled that idea. Located in the middle of Beverly Hills, this Korean fusion spot was a surprise to find with its affordable prices and quality food.
Food: A small, simple menu with easily recognizable Korean bites such as Kimchi Fried Rice, Tofu soup, Bibimbap, Seafood-Veggie pancake, and other noodle/rice dishes. We ordered the YELP recommended Hot Stone Bibimbap with Bulgogi, brown rice, and a fried egg. This dish was very well-executed.. it came with two sauces on the side(sweet or spicy) that complimented the dish nicely, either way you go. Plenty of fresh vegetables, Bulgogi had excellent flavor, and the hot stone making the rice crispy made the dish quite satisfying.
The Red Chicken is cooked the same way, having the same texture as Orange Chicken.. it just has a sweeter and spicier taste to it. The chicken comes with a couple fried Okra.. very tasty when you dip it in the Bibimbap sweet sauce.
The portions are all pretty decent.. my girlfriend and I couldn't finish these two dishes together.
Ambiance: A trendy little pot that doesn't resemble any typical Asian restaurant.. with an entire non-Asian staff and no sign of that distinctive KBBQ/soup/oily scent. Their modern, attractive look sets up perfect for lunch meeting or casual lunch with friends.
Service: Hosts could have been a little bit more welcoming.. a little cold and seemed unhappy at the moment. Servers were great though.. they were very helpful and even caught be YELPing and asked me if I wanted to use their check-in offer.
Tips: Make good use of the sauces that come with the Bibimbap.. it definitely livens up the dish. Don't forget to use the check-in offer for a complimentary special drink.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0Business owner information
