Beverly Hills Carpet Cleaners

I started using Beverly Hills Carpet Cleaners after I bought my first nice piece of furniture post-graduate school, and now I call them every few years (or after a disaster spill) to keep my furniture looking as new as possible. (I'm that person who keeps the tags on products for as long as I can!) Their technicians are always courteous and efficient; they give you an estimate of cost and time in the beginning and are wholly professional throughout. My most recent experience with the technician Joseph was fantastic; when I showed him what I was looking to have cleaned (the carpet in a bedroom, a wool rug, fabric couch, and armchair), he explained how he would be calculating the estimate, told me candidly if certain stains could be removed, and then got to work straight away. Given the pandemic, he also wore a mask the whole time and was in and out in about an hour.

I've never had such disgusting customer service interaction in my entire life. I called with a general emergency, a kitchen full of broken glass. I was just calling around all the floor cleaning services to see who was available to help me. when i called i spoke with a nice woman about what my issue was. she then put me on the phone with her manager, who was the RUDEST MOST DISGUSTING MAN IVE EVER SPOKEN TO. he began screaming at me, calling me an idiot, telling me in the most vitriolic hateful tirade that they don't clean glass and i'd need a maid. I began to politely explain why I had called them in the first place and he HUNG UP ON ME. i hope all his nice employees find other jobs and that this place goes up in flames with him inside. what an evil, miserable shell of a human.

My rug absorbed the smell of an old apartment carpet. I brought it here to have the odor removed. It was returned to me in a plastic bag neatly wrapped. I opened it up a few weeks later and I noticed a strong stench and pink-orange new stains. I told them about it and asked them to clean it again and to leave it out to dry longer. The new stench smell has not been removed and the orange-pink stains still remain. The original color is grey and white. Here is store image and my current rug status. I asked for a refund and or another solution only to be faced with an argument. I didn't come here to argue. Only to have my smelly carpet returned with no smell.

I never leave reviews for companies but I feel obligated to speak out after my experience with these cleaners. When I called Beverly Hills Carpet Cleaners to book a furniture cleaning for my job, I provided photos and measurements of the two furniture pieces: a sofa with a chaise lounge, and an armchair. I was given a quote of $400 over the phone, which I later called back to confirm for an appointment. The quote was a bit pricey but we wanted to have peace of mind about the items, which I was assured by the representative and the reviews on this page.

On the day of the appointment, the cleaner was received at the property by a different employee of my company and told him that the furniture was much larger than quoted. Exactly twice as large, in fact. Now our $400 quote had conveniently and perfectly doubled to $800 on the day of the job? I could see, maybe, having to adjust the quote a little bit, but exactly double? We had a similar experience last year (with a different company) where we were quoted one thing and then the cleaner showed up and tried to charge extra.

Because the property was a private residence and neither I nor the owner were there, the cleaner presented this new quote to the person present and the service took place. We had many more competitive quotes than $800, and we never would've agreed to use this company if they were upfront about their cost. They inappropriately lowballed our quote in an attempt to win our business and took advantage of the situation. After the cleaning, I had to ask for the invoice, which shockingly says "UPSALE" on it, circled and highlighted. That's why I feel compelled to share this story with other possible consumers. Save yourself from a bait-and-switch here!

Excellent service, they cleaned my ivory shaggy rug and looks brand new. they delivered it earlier than committed date. Excellent communicating with you through out process and friendly & courteous staff providing excellent customer service. I would use them again .

Easy, thorough, professional, and affordable! I have an 8x10 shag rug that they did a fantastic job cleaning and gave me the option of self drop-off or to have it picked up and delivered. The carpet/rug cleaning industry is super unregulated and I previously had a bait and switch happen before finding this place...they attempted to charge me hundreds of dollars more than Beverly Hills Carpet Cleaners and showed up to my house in a random unmarked vehicle etc. Beverly Hills Carpet Cleaners (Steam-Pro) is everything I was looking for, wonderful experience and process. We've been using Beverly Hills Carpet Cleaners for over a year now and we HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to all our neighbors and friends. We have several rugs throughout our place, one of them being a huge 12x15 Persian rug. BH Carpet Cleaners is our GO TO place. They provide a pick-up/drop-off & scotch guard service which is a huge plus with our Siberian husky that sheds all year long. They get all the stains and odors out, especially our smaller rugs that get a lot of use in the entryway.

Tip: if the door downstairs is closed, head up to their office on the second floor!

This is our second time using BHCC & the results have been great. We got one of those West Elm shaggy wool
Souk rugs (ivory/white) that looks beautiful but that picks up dirt SO fast, which quickly turns that white color to dingy gray, and both times BHCC was able to bring it back to an almost-new-looking state. Also, their pickup and delivery guy Brian is incredibly nice - a good experience from start to finish.

My apartment flooded and completely soaked my favorite rug with disgusting water. I was afraid I'd have to throw away an irreplaceable rug but luckily Avi was able to completely restore and sanitize it for an affordable price. I am so incredibly grateful for his service, kindness, and willingness to take on a potentially impossible (and super gross) task.
