This is a great value for a best western...the least expensive in the area. And when you factor in the full breakfast included, it really is worth spending a night here if you're passing through the area.

Staff was friendly and informative. Bed was comfy and room was clean. Considered it so worth it that we stayed here a second time as we were passing through.

How to even start off with this hotel staff and service very disappointing never thought I was gonna have to write a review like this I will never ever stay at this hotel again. And I don't recommend anyone to stay there and if you do make sure you have your jewelry cash anything that's worth with youliterally walked out of my room checked out came back two minutes later literally two minutes later because as I was backing out of the parking I noticed that I didn't have my rings and I said oops my rings let me walk back in there the same receptionist Ceci that went up to check the room so I can get my security deposit was the same one that went up there to go look for my rings instead of letting me look for my rings. then she came down and said nothing is there then says here's the keys you can check to like why after. And if coarse nothing is there I ask for the manager that supposed to be on the property and no one could find her or get her on the phone. Saddest part was my dad was in the hospital on his last days and they steal from me ya they we're expensive which didn't matter it was the sentimental part of it. Piece of liars

First time here, thought I had reserved a room at the Best Western Legacy 10 miles away, but I must have screwed up. Hotel is located in a shopping center. Check in was quick. They asked for a $200 refundable deposit. Adds up as a revenue source as they float the daily interest. So don't smoke in the room, take or break anything.

Room had two double beds and all the usual Best Western amenities. Place was clean. Not much observed for the free breakfast. Wifi worked well, turned off the wall mounted A/C.

This hotel should definitely not carry the best western name, My mother works for a Best Western and this has been the most disgusting hotel I have stayed in. We drove from California for work reason and this is definitely not worth the price .
The only good thing about this hotel was the customer service.
As you walk in you see how dirty the carpet is and the walls have so many holes / stains just dirty.
The bed in the room was so uncomfortable we literally woke up with our bodies aching.I have posted pictures of the bathroom those pictures speak for themselves.
Again this hotel should not be a best western definitely does not look the part more like a motel !

This was the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in. The hallways and the rooms are soooo hot and stuffy. The lobby downstairs is the only place with decent air conditioning. The pillows and mattress smelled like other people that has seeped into them over the last 25 years. The spring's on the bed poked through- the sheets and blankets were stiff and like sandpaper. Everything was really really outdated. I also felt something sticky and white on one of the pillows when I was laying down. God only knows what that was. STAY AWAY FROM HERE

I do want to say that I have had great experiences at every other best western I have ever stayed in so this was very very shocking to me. I don't know how this is considered "Best Western Plus"

      Great hotel; outstanding staff!

You'll be welcomed by an incredibly comfortable bed with luxurious and costly pillows. Very clean room and rather quiet dispute the completely packed hotel. Perfectly working A/C unit. Wi/Fi works great too. Lastly, breakfast bar is if not on par, above par in function an expeditious staff; kudos to that morning effort. Desiree ran her honey off one Saturday morning to supplement the food and trash cans and Ashley at the front desk was as professional as they come!! Kudos to whomever hired these two!

      Now the negative; unfortunately.

Bathtub had 20/30 cracks in it. It appears as if they tried to resurface the tub, and it has failed as a project. Additionally the tub was extremely slow to drain. Thus as soon as you started a shower it would clog 1 to 2 inches deep. We did report this to the front desk so they could have maintenance repair it. The room adjacent to us ran a industrial carpet blower which smells like they had a leak next-door, possibly. The TV system is probably the worst I've seen in my life. They have hotel specific remote controls that are extremely hard to manipulate, utilize an overall function that is completely a thumbs down. The remote control for the TV is unlike anything I've ever seen around the world and is not just cumbersome, it's dysfunctional and irritating as patient as I normally am...

Lastly, they offer two generous sized computers for customers in the lobby, but they both blared warnings of expired antivirus software. Apparently this mdetail doesn't matter to management; it should.

The hotel was a joy to stay in so please take that away from this. Very minor points of 'issues' but would gladly stay here again and again. The staff here is top notch and handle everything with grace. Great job BW!!

This is probably the dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed at. I understand that it's hard to get staff, especially during Covid, however it's clear that this hotel is not following proper cleaning protocols for their guests. The first room we checked into had a glob of toothpaste on the bathroom counter left over from the previous guest end it looked like the floor had not been vacuumed. We requested another room. The second room also had not been vacuumed and the air conditioning unit was broken and taped together with blue painters tape. The hallways of the hotel and the elevator were filthy. There was trash on the floor, and other odd bits. I was actually afraid to sleep in the bed for fear that the sheets were not cleaned properly. One of The towels that I was about to use after taking a shower was stained and disgusting..

I would never ever ever ever recommend staying at this hotel.

Please bear in mind the price and realize breakfast is just a quick snack... We got a small nugget sandwich that was 1/2 the size of my palm and one of those small OJ boxes for breakfast . Might not be worth the sacrifice of sleep..I definitely regretted setting my alarm for 8:30... Other than that, good price point and you get what you pay for, lol. It's just a cheap hotel for a quick rest stop...note our shower drain was a bit clogged so water took time to be removed accordingly. I didn't mind too much but still since I just did a quick rinse off, but I can see how it would be bothersome to deal with.

Breakfast...ignore my dinner from last night. No restaurants were open at 12:30 due to COVID

I have stayed in a lot of hotels in my life and I'm sorry to say that this was the worst. We were in town for a stay and play baseball tournament so we had no choice since this was the hotel for the tourney. The rooms are very old and outdated and dark. The beds were actually not that uncomfortable so that was good.
The staff, though was incredibly rude. You were required to request housekeeping if you wanted it, so I did that right away, for each of the 3 nights we were there. The first day we came back in the late afternoon and the room hadn't been cleaned, so I went downstairs and got more towels and soap from the front desk. I asked again for the room to be cleaned the next day.
We came back later the next day to our room and it still looked like nothing had been done. Upon further inspection we found that the trash liner had been changed and there were 2 new towels in the bathroom, along with the actual bag of trash sitting on the bathroom counter. So we called for housekeeping to come up and they came up with crazy attitude and asked what we needed done. I asked what they actually did when you requested housekeeping and they said they take the trash out and bring new towels. Well ok but you left the trash bag full of trash on the counter. No apology just nasty attitude. Then they talked about us in the hallway where my friend could hear them. Just rude.
Unfortunately we left a pair of baseball shoes in the closet so I've been calling for 2 days and leaving messages and no one will call me back. Super unprofessional. Filing a complaint with corporate.
Something positive? The elevator is quick.

I'm going to get straight to the point! Carpet floors disgusting/stains, sink clogged, bathtub clogged, bathroom floor sticky, housecleaning has to be requested and when you do they just take out the trash, don't vacuum floors, don't mop bathroom floors, only give you two sets of towels had to go to the front to request more towels. This place was my worse hotel experience ever and I hope anybody reading this considers another hotel immediately, just skip this place entirely. You will be better off sleeping in your car!
