DON'T GO. Don't waste your time.

My daughter was a Brides Maid in my niece wedding. So, we had something to do the entire day. We live in Mabelvale, AR, but the wedding rehearsal dinner was in North Little Rock, AR. We noticed that nail shop was opened until 9pm, so I asked my daughter to call and ask what time they take their last customer. The person who answered the phone said please be here by 8pm or we cannot take you. We were there by 7:30pm. They told my daughter that they could NOT take her. How unprofessional. Rude. Inconsiderate too. My daughter told them that she was in wedding and They still said the SAME thing. If I had had time I would have gone in there. However, I called them today and some rude person name TY answered .... when I asked him the name of the nail shop .... he said your daughter didn't tell you. Instead of him trying to make their wrong right. That's okay, when we drove down the street to another nail shop, they told us that they closed at 7:30pm. I asked them if they could do her brows, nails, and toes, I would tip them $40.00 and we got it done.

It's was horrible I just wanted natural nails short they charged me 30 tried to get me to pay 50 with no color then they wasn't even straight they were cricket on the sides and she didn't want to fix it instead she bring two other customers to see my nails and they say the same thing I was saying then she try's to get in my face about it I tried so hard not to get mad I just left that place is so unprofessional

Today was my first time visiting this salon. The lady at the front desk was very kind so I thought for sure it would be place that I would be returning to. The lady that did my pedicure and manicure didn't try to make conversation or even look at me. I just felt that the customer service is lacking in this place. She was very rushed. I know time is money but you also need to try your best to keep your customers happy and go out of your way to make them remember you so that they will return. Overall my pedicure and manicure were Fair. I have one large cut on my finger and 2 nails that are not the same as the others. I gave this place 3 stars because I felt that for $65 it should have been better. Next time I will try a different place.

I've tried three times spread out. No more. I moved to little rock and am trying to find a place. This doesn't compare to the place I go to in my home town of Sheridan. I'm disappointed for the price I paid and my nails have been messed up Everytime. The guy that did my nails never said anything. But talk to all the other workers. At the end he didn't even say I was done this last time just grabbed paper and started to front.

I had taken my 11 and 13 year old granddaughters in to have a hand spa day and they immediately separated us, then when my granddaughters asked for a design (unknown by me as we were separated)they nail specialist did not come ask if it was approved! Instead they took the word of a minor and did the job then expected me to pay for it! The designs were not that great and they didn't even include a simple hand / arm massage. All of this cost Nana $109.00! We will not be back!

This is the worst place to get your nails done. Pay a lot of money for them and they look horrible, they look like a chunk of plasteline on the tip of my fingers. It was just horrible. The person who made them was fast but you can see the horrible results, he took about 40 minutes to finish but the cuticle area was really thick plus I ask them to be cuffin shape and only 1 out of the 10 look like cuffin. I'm not a picky person at all but im definitely never going back and I would never recomend anyone to go there.

I went to this salon 1/23/16 to get a pedicure and a fill. Pedicure was great! As for my nails.. He didn't listen to what I wanted as far as the thickness. He said they were too thin and would break. Mind you, I had this set for 4 weeks and didn't have an issue with that until AFTER he filled them. Got a gel polish and the very next day the polish on my thumb was coming up and the gel was still wet underneath the polish!! A week later I have 5 peeling nails and a broken one. I will NEVER GO BACK... Wasted $86.. Pissed.

I had a great first experience here! My pedicure was so relaxing. Their massage seats are super comfortable. Lee (the guy) did a great job on my fingers and toes. I will continue coming here.

By the way it was $56 for a gel manicure plus regular pedicure.

First off I went on a slow Tuesday evening for a short full set. I'd thought everything would go smooth & I'd receive top notch service. However as soon as I sat in chair 41 he instantly went to snatch my hand before I could even sit down. I couldn't get his name (they lied about when I asked) but he has bad face acne with a bad attitude to match. I should've gotten up and left then, instead I let him finish my nails. After deciding I didn't want the color I chose beforehand I told him, and he told me to go talk to the lady at front for another color. I chose 3 colors I wanted then went back to his work area. He then proceeded to ask me "which color you want" I politely said "I will like all 3 fall colors" he said "you pick more then 1 color it's $5 more" I said "wow seriously let me just go with this one" he then proceeded to polish my nails, throwing my fingers down after he finished polishing one, throwing my hand around just being really rude & angry. I then told him "Sir your attitude is really stinky today" he replies loudly "my attitude I don't care you don't know which color, u want this color that color" I then laughed it off because he really don't know me. After the set and polish was done I proceeded to ask someone to please take these nails off my fingers because I would be crazy if I spend my money here. They soaked them off as I explained to them that his customer service is very out of line. Everyone one isn't going to take that light like I did because at the end of the day sir this is your job. After my nails were soaked all the way off I then left and stated that I will never come back! I went to JFK TT's Nails and told them exactly how I wanted my nails. They did them with no problem, no extra charge for more then one color & they were very gentle and I was highly satisfied.

If you want poor rushed service come here ! I came here to get a pedicure and the chair that they sat me in a broke chair that did not work and then want to say oh we can move you ! They should've never sat me in that seat in the first place. And then I ask for coffin and the bxtch gave me square nails and then still charged me for coffin and the whole time they just laughing every time I had something. Spoke with the manager and he was just as rude and didn't care. If I could I would give this place zero stars!
