If I could give no stars, I would. Lousy lousy service. Don't bother making an appointment, they wont honor it. They are prone to injuring patrons by overeager gouging while trimming nails. The manicures last maybe a day due to their using shit products. Attitude of staff only marginally better. Overall a waste of the gas to drive here.

I like this place. It's right around the corner from my job and they always take me at short notice. They do the chrome nails (an extra $10-$15) on top of a normal gel manicure, but they do it. It's a little pricy by also right in the middle of Summerlin. The team there is always nice and professional.
I can't give 5-stars because I don't ALWAYS walk out with a solid 2-week-min manicure. I've gotten bubbles a couple times and this last time my gel only lasted a week before chipping.
I've had some great manicures there though, too! More positive then negative for sure!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Sep 6, 2022
Seriously, the worst.
I came in for a regular manicure and they asked if I wanted a pedicure. I said "I do, but I don't have time and I really need the manicure," The woman said, "we can do both at the same time," so I agreed.
I chose my color and Kelly started on my toes. She asked if I wanted regular polish for both and I said yes. She gets about 15 minutes into the pedicure and I say - "is someone going to start the manicure?" She responds, "No, we don't have anyone available - we got busy."
I explain that I didn't actually care about the pedicure - I just wanted a manicure and I have to go board a flight. She apologized and said that she'd work fast.
After we wrapped my toes, she moved me to the manicure station. I thought it was odd that she was curing my nails since I'd asked for regular, but I figured maybe it was helping them dry faster, so I didn't ask questions. I made a few calls during my mani and at one point someone on the other line asked me if I was getting gel and I said (loud enough for Kelly to hear me), "No, I don't get gel because it always peels and it's terrible for your nails."
When I checked out, I saw the bill was $88, which made no sense for a regular mani/pedi but I tipped and left because I was already running late.
A few minutes later, I called back to the salon and asked if I'd been overcharged and she explained that she did a gel manicure. ($38 for the pedicure, which is far more than the other salons near here btw, and $50 for the gel.)
Really? I told 3 different people, including the woman who did my nails, that I wanted a regular manicure, not a gel. Getting gel royally screws up your nails for months if you don't continue getting it.
Not only have the prices gone up a LOT here, but clearly the service is poor as well.Helpful 7Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Melissa R.CO, CO0158Dec 12, 2023
I received a manicure and pedicure, which I was overcharged for. The pedicure did not even last one day. The polish wore off four of my toes the day day of the pedicure. I would recommend finding another salon.

I was a bit apprehensive about trying them, given the relatively low rating; however, my mother's been going there for a while & always loves their work. Trina did my gel mani & deluxe pedi, which I'm so happy with. The salon is modern & super clean & conveniently located. I'd give them more stars if I could!

My friend recommended this salon to me as she's been going to them for 14 years!! And I can see why! They are really proficient! I had one of the most attentive pedicures in my life and both technicians that worked on me took their time and made my gel's beautiful, no bumps, high shine and very quality.
I live about 15miles away and just made another appointment! :)Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Jill E.Las Vegas, NV2621Oct 18, 2023
I have gone to this salon for many years. Helen, the owner, and her husband ran an excellent business. However, the two daughters taking over the business are running it into the ground. They do not listen to what the customer wants and are extremely rude and disrespectful. I will never step foot in there again.

This place is called Best Nails for a reason. Been going here for 5 yrs and Helen does my nails so well that I get compliments nonstop! Her staff is the best. Vivian is one of her daughters who also does a fantastic job! But all of them do your hands and feet right. Pedicures here are so awe-mazing. The world's problems go away when my mom and I come here. Bubble Bath is the color to get here too!!

I have been going to Nails of Summerlin and Desert nails for 20+ years, but they were booked, so I tried "Best Nails" today. This young lady spent less than 20 mins on my pedicure and it was $33! She then had the audacity to ask how much I want to tip. I should have said, "Um, zero!" A pedicure at Nails of Summerlin is currently $23 and Desert Nails is $28, and they have always spent AT LEAST 30 mins on my toes. I was REALLY looking forward to relaxing and getting a pedicure with my sister, and this was a serious disappointment. The guy who did my sister's toes also cut her and she is now bleeding. I would really appreciate it if this nail salon either lowered their prices to $20 for a fast, careless pedicure OR kept their prices the same and took more time and attention for their customers. This would be a kind gesture for the rest of you, because I won't be going back.
