best nails MY A*S they suck so bad ALL OF THEM I'm begging u don't even waste ur time or money

I will not return this business in the future for the following reasons:

They've been a last-minute appointment because you have no other choice. The last time I was there, I was scolded during my manicure when I moved my fingers. I'm 36 years old and felt like I was being treated like a child. I also had a pedicure that resulted in a toe infection a few days later. 12/10 don't recommend.

Terrible manicure. Felt like it was a rush job. My nails look worse than when I went in. I'M NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN

Absolutely love this place!! I always have a great time whenever I come in and the ladies that do my fill in are amazing!! I'm always out in less than an hour and a half even if I get a fill in, pedicure, and eyebrow wax! Other places I go to, I get hurt when they drill my nails, but I have never been hurt here!

Nice aesthetic, but sub par service.
I went in several hours before they closed, and ended up being rushed into a paint job I didn't want...
There was no wait, and the pedicurist who also waxed my face was very good at her job. She missed a few spots, however understandable being my facial hair is blonde. Although by the end, she told me she needed to hurry up because she had another customer.
The pedicure was good, waxing OK. Then I had to wait 20 minutes to get my full set with shellac. After a customer who had come in after me had been serviced.
If I did not choose an extreme amount of glitter, I would be pretty mad about my nail shape and how lumpy they are. However not surprised when I kept asking about only having the glitter on the tip as a French manicure (which would have ultimately made her more money.) But because I was "going on vacation I wanted them to bling bling" according to the nail Tech. She was basically refusing, because it would take a few minutes more. So I went with it to see what would happen, and even after one nail I was still not into it, but all of the employees were rushing out and The tech and the owner seemed extremely annoyed. I was particular about my nail shape because I wanted a coffin shape, and they were all off angle. I was not rude, I was very kind and asked gently about the shape of each nail. The tech took care of that part, however if someone were to pay close attention to my nails, they would see what a poorly executed job it truly was. I really don't like the paint job and feel I was forced into it. All in all, it's a terrible mess.
It's the only day or minute I had to do this before vacation, so hopefully I stop noticing and nobody else does...
They didn't care that I spent upwards of 120.00$ there. Only that they got out as soon as possible...
This was my second time there, but I definitely will not be returning.

They did a great job on mine and my husband's nails. I got a dip manicure and my husband got a mani- pedi. We were both pleased with our services. We love that they're open on Sunday, too.

Just received the worst pedicure I have ever gotten in my life I asked for my toenails not to be clipped she clipped them all short wasn't even going to file them. I had to tell the lady how to do her own job. toenails crooked nails painted sucked didn't got any of my cuticles or even clean my toes at that and charge me an extra five dollars to take my nail polish off. The most rushed its ever been. 3 people were getting pedicure before me, and I was done before them didn't even get my feet soaked for longer than one minute. The lady was sooo rude and didn't even wanna give me the sandals to wear when I wanted to leave. I give this place 0 stars.

WORST Nails and Spa ever. My mother and I walked into our appointment on time, and they still made us wait a good 20 min. The man doing my moms nails was watching a movie on his phone the whole time and was very distracted and he was very disrespectful and rude, She politely asked him to fix one of her nails that he had messed up on and he started yelling at her. None of the staff knows how to speak english and so there is no communication or manners between them and their customers. Once the lady took me in to prep my nails, she told me a full set was $40, then 10 minutes later, a different lady comes to work on my nails and she told me a full set would be $60, each person plays with the prices however they want over there, My mother and I ended up leaving without finishing our nails because of the terrible service. The salon is very unprofessional and I will never be coming here again.

Changing color after 24 hours on , they made me feel cheap that I didn't used the shellac, so , I went and try that too.... they charged full $25 for the shellac color change well .... didn't stay on longer than regular. I just spend $60 with tip for nothing. My personal opinion is that they used bad products or I am just unlucky. I feel like they don't care about their customers.
