I ran into this best buy for a last minute gift and, though it was out of stock, they were able to help me get one at another location
The staff is very helpful and friendly! I was greeted when I walked in and directed over to the Oculous display. This was a last minute gift and I expected it to be out of stock (which it was).
Despite being out of stock, the rep helped me find one at another location and order it for pickup. It was a fast and smooth process.

Manger was really rude and unhelpful

Came here to buy a laptop meant for coding . Was greeted when entered.
Went straight to geek squad because I wanted to see if they could give recommendations.
A lady in plain clothes and a man were there talking to each other . Couldn't tell if they worked there or not but they were by the register. Legit stood there for 10 mins and no one acknowledged me.
I politely asked if there was anyone here who could help and the lady said I'm helping this man very rudely. I asked if there was someone else who can help she said no rudely . I asked if a manager was around she said she was one . Just so rude zo asked if there was anyone else and she points to a group of guys in blue best bye shirts and said all three of them are managers
I was so annoyed because I just wanted someone to help me and she was just sooooo rude and I just wanted to know who else could help me
So I walk to the other three guys and boom help! The first guy was very nice and my husband had also found a guy because he walked away from the lady way before me . They were able to help and we bought a computer.
I wish I knew the last name because she was just so rude for no reason! I mean so rude.

Purchase happens in minutes, Ali at the check out counter was very efficient, helpful and quick.. got my Dyson air wrap, this product is doing wonders to my hair..the only thing that i feel is short in Best Buy is the sales associates, sometimes have to wait for a long time for assistance, but than the wait is worth it..

There is nobody to assist you, I wanted to buy something and everybody was either on their phone or just walking around. Worst place ever.

Bought an iPad Friday evening. The following day I saw it on Amazon for $70 less. We were assured Best Buy would price match. I went in and so began the circus of "run around". Stay here, I'll get a manager, manager didn't show. Ok, go stand by these computers and ask for a manager. Stood & stood till I finally saw a sales person & asked her to call for a manager. Manager showed up and said he couldn't price match to Amazon Prime. I told him it wasn't a special Prime price. He argued with me and said no he can't do it. I told him I would prove it wasn't a special Prime price so I went online, didn't log into my account & showed him the price. He still didn't believe me. A young sales man showed up to ask manager a question and the manager asked him about Prime. Young sales guy said "yes, that's the price, she's not logged in. The manager quietly did the refund, handed me my paperwork and NEVER apologized or said another word to me. Nice customer service...NOT! I think that young man's needs to be promoted in management and that foolish older manager needs to be schooled on how to treat customers.

I was immediately greeted by a very nice, well informed young lady. She asked me if I needed assistance and since I was in a hurry I told her what I was looking for. She immediately took me to the area and found my item. I was in and out in minutes. Yes! Thank you.

Terrible service as usual. Ordered online for store pickup. Get to the store today. Ordered. Went to store and out of stock. Manager gave bunch of BS excuses. Found it on Amazon same price. Buy Best Buy.

If I could give 0 stars I would! This Best Buy in Copperfield sold me a fake Apple Watch on 07/20/2023 the bc was SEALED. I tried returning it and the store manager Jon Lowry wanted to get an attitude and accuse me of putting a fake watch. Never again wil this store get my business.

Good value for product. The floor service guys seem to be unsure about a lot, they need to be oriented on the store products, service and delivery
