Started this last year and finishing it 2024 with a note .... Call ahead before driving over to ensure they have what you want. 20oz cokes are $1.89.

They can be pricey.
They are not close nor convenient for me. I drive a good ways to shop and patronize.
Service is always friendly.
Nov. 26th NO CRACKLINs. I thought they were made in house and I'm told it won't be available until Tuesday.
Gas is cheaper but not free to come all the way over and not have a drive thru just to be disappointed.

Thank you for your review, Justice JoyceTV! We apologize that we disappointed you! We want to reassure you that our cracklins are cooked in-house. We receive the raw bellies cut from south Louisiana and due to the increase in business for the Thanksgiving holiday, we sold out of the product. We want to guarantee freshness and therefore strive not to freeze the product which unfortunately does not give us back up in these situations. Our delivery of raw cut pork bellies are set dates putting us out of stock until Tuesday. We do appreciate your business and hope that you can make another trip to see us soon! We look forward to welcoming you back!

What a hidden treasure in Shreveport. If you're in the mood for Boudin Balls, crawfish pies, or something to take home from their refrigerator or freezer they have it, They also have a wide selection of party trays. Definitely give them a shot

I wanted to like this place because I love boudin. I got one of each of three different flavors of boudin. The plain boudin was okay, the smoked one was just not good to me and the spicy was not spicy and didn't taste good, they all were dry (once again to me). I guess I am spoiled on Best Stop boudin(the best) Bourque's, and Heberts.
I also got a crawfish pie which was horrible and a stuffed pepper Jack boudin ball which was good.
The place was clean , not busy, and the girls were nice and friendly. They had a lot of meats and food to buy (imo to high priced).

My wife likes the frozen seafood gumbo. However I am still trying different dishes and still haven't found something to get excited about.

The food is amazing! Lots of Cajun food available. They have either cooked Cajun food or frozen to enjoy at home. Definitely a must go

This is where we get our taste of home! They have the best andouille sausage to make our gumbo and jambalaya. Lots of other Cajun meats ands sides in the freezer. Chicken breasts stuffed with dressing or various other things. Smoked meats.

They always have a selection of appetizers hot and ready to eat: fried boudin balls, spicy chicken bites, meat pies and crawfish pies... Too much to mention. They make the food there. The smell is divine. Rustic casual. A few tables to eat in.

Great food with great prices (sans cracklins but those are expensive everywhere)! I recommend trying the pepper jack boudin balls and the chicken wings. (Note, I have always ordered to go here, so I cannot speak for ambience)

They are famous for a reason. Food is excellent!!! Prices are reasonable. Staff is stellar!!! The steak bites were amazing, as well as the chicken bites. Meat pies yummy. Boudin great! Bring the family!!
