I had a rush order job with a peculiar request, and the folks at Benchmark did a perfect job meeting all of my needs!

My goal was to have an engraved gavel to give as a present to a friend, and Jamie in Sales helped me decide on what options would work best. I asked if it would be possible to do an image in the engraving, which I knew was a far-fetched idea, but he thought for a bit, considered the possibilities, and said he would try it. After working on the problem for a while, he gave me a call and suggested a different way to do the engraving plate, which he thought would work better for the image. I trusted his judgment, told him to go along with the new plan, and was happily rewarded with a perfect present to give my friend.

The Benchmark team communicated with me continually about the progress of my request and any changes that they recommended. I really appreciated being kept abreast on everything. They walked me through my questions and made me feel comfortable about putting this project in their hands. I know I only used them for one type of service, but if I ever need anything else similar done, I'll be going to Benchmark. Friendly staff, competent team, fair prices, and convenient location right off of Northside Drive. Thank you so much for an excellent job!

I highly recommend this business if you're in search for awards, trophies, etc. I've used this business for my job and now use them for my foundation. They have several options to select from at various price ranges to fit your budget (rather a large, medium or small budget). Ben and Jamie are great guys to work with and provide great advice throughout the process. The turn around was quick awards were ready as promised. This business is professional, personable and responsive. Parking is available in the lot or street. I've used them 3 times and will remain a loyal customer for my award needs.

You know, I believe going above and beyond in customer service is customer service. There can't necessarily be an above and beyond, can there? But If I had to pick a time, it would be when USG Well-being had the opportunity to work with Benchmark Trophy, and we were ordering shirts for an upcoming race in Atlanta. We were working with a tight deadline to get all the race shirts to the participants. When shirts were scheduled to be delivered two days before race day to our surprise they were not due to a missed suite number. The race shirts were shipped back to where they were manufactured, which was out of state. One day before race day, Benchmark sends Tyler and team to drive out of state to pick up the race shirts. The team delivered them to us on the morning of the race, which was scheduled to start in 6 hours. We were thrilled. The shirt design came out of great, and they were individually packaged with the size labeled for easy distribution. I know that that level of service is not always financially and feasibly possible, but there are some times when you simply have to give customers what they need, even if it's outside the scope of the business and that is exactly the service that we received from Benchmark Trophy. This was not our first time using their services and it definitely won't be our last.

I came here with a demanding list of needs for three plaques for a client of mine. I knew absolutely nothing about the extensive types and options available for plaques. Everyone was extremely helpful throughout the process, especially Jamie, my primary contact. They were able to meet all my needs and SUPER FAST!

Treated extremely rudely by some guy who wandered out from the back, carrying what looked to be a toilet plunger, named Zachary. I'll take my business elsewhere.
