Ben Lifted 4 Wheel Drive & Hitch

I highly recommend Ben for your job. A very down to earth, honest guy, and easy to discuss options and pricing with. Very much on time, and accurate, while being a very cool guy who enjoys what he does. Parts and labor charges between competitors are probably comparable, honestly I didn't even shop around. I value trust, quality workmanship, and customer service above all else and it is often rare nowadays and I found it here. Even if my 76 year old mom ever wanted to lift her Lexus, I would trust Ben with the job!

I called Ben if he can install a hitch for my 2018 honda Cr-V and he was able to make some time for it within 1 hr of the time I called for an estimate. His customer service is great! I highly recommend!!

I was moving cross country and needed a hitch installed. Uhaul screwed me over. I had To move Sunday and needed the hitch on Saturday. Ben lifted really saved us by fitting us in and installing the hitch LAST MINUTE!! He didn't do the wiring but he really came through. We made it to Minnesota and it's thanks to you!!

Simply the best... I have owned many 4x4's and the last two rigs my Gen5 4runner and my GX 460 I chose Benlifted for my suspension upgrade. There's no person on the central coast that's more knowledgeable, easier to work with, and as honest as Ben. He runs a great shop, tells you the truth and does not let you build something that's not suited to your rig. His prices are more than fair (he's worth every penny and then some), and he gets the job done on time and without problems.. You will need to schedule a time to work with Ben, since he's a small shop and provides 100% attention to detail for the project at hand. This means his schedule can get quite full at times. Do not settle for anything less than working with the best. Could not be more impressed by this shop

Ben was super nice and helpful as he installed a hitch onto my 2018 Pacifica Hybrid. We had to wait to get parts because of the COVID economy, but he kept me up to date until a hitch was finally available.

Anyone in northern California looking for suspension work, I found my go-to guy for all things suspension.

Ben runs a small shop in Scott's Valley between Santa Cruz and San Jose. He installed an OME kit for me. He arranged for an alignment after his adjustments, and when the alignment wasn't up to his expectations, he had the shop redo the work until it was.

He knew I was adding a new winch, and installed it for me for no cost because he didn't like making me wait for the truck (and because he's the nicest guy in northern California).

He and his family drive out with their gear and support pitbull rescue operations in other areas of the country (working on their trucks and volunteering his labor).

Super nice guy. Great work. A bit of a perfectionist, but who doesn't want that before putting 7500 miles on their rig in mid-winter.

Ben performed a leveling lift on my Ford Ranger. His knowledge of lift kits and the pros/cons of various setups led me to making the right decision for my truck. Ben was professional, responsive and courteous. 'Ben Lifted' is the right choice for all of my 4x4 suspension needs.

I had a trailer hitch installed on my Subaru Outback with Ben Lifted. They were very fairly priced and we wanted to support someone local. After calling around a few different places, no one quite matched this location's customer service. I'm not sure who I talked to on the phone but, they were incredibly helpful answering my questions. I dropped my car off and took a stroll down to the ACE Hardware Garden center not too far away. Browsed there for about an hour and then came back. My hitch was installed and it looked great. It's held up towing too which I guess was the point. I would recommend them for hitches if you need one!

I've known Ben as an acquaintance since we were kids, so it's a pleasure to bring my Jeep and Subaru to him for work I'd rather have a pro do. Ben has installed a lift kit on my ZJ Jeep, the hitch for it, and a hitch on my 2018 Subaru. Couldn't be happier with his work.

Got an appointment for Ben to install a new track bar and steering stabilizer on my old Jeep, and know it's going to be 5 star worthy!

These guys are awesome! Got my truck leveled about a year ago with them, I had recently hit a snow bank and blew out a tire, dealer switched out tires and noticed some leaks and tried to blame my leaks on the warranty being voided by the leveling kit, I Ben spoke to me explained it didn't void the warranty and how to address the situation, then (I believe his wife) called me to follow up and check on the situation, I should also mention my truck drove excellent after the leveling kit was installed I couldn't even tell it had a 1.5" leveling kit it drove so good, I highly recommend them, fast turn around good workmanship. I will definitely bring my next truck to them as well. Thanks guys
