Used this company once but all the driver did was talk politics or about other drivers never again!! K n K transprt is much more professional

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!
I have had to speak to the supervisor/owner on a few occasions and let me tell you, she was SO RUDE and inconsiderate every time, Very unprofessional! As a monthly biller, one time I sent in a month payment that was a duplicate and it was never applied to the account even though the check was cashed. I had to call a month later and point it out before they applied it. How this business is even open is amazing!

Atrocious. 1 hour late and after calling for clarification they said "they'll be there when they get there," and they hung up.

When we offered a credit card upon exit the driver said, "you might as well take a seat because this is gonna take me forever."

Such a shady company.

Very unfortunate that Uber and Lyft aren't here. If I could give less than a star I would.

The woman who answered the phone was extremely rude and hung up on me. Her supervisor was also aggressive and rude. They lack professionalism and have a negative attitude. I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone.

trying to park this am in a pay toll spot but their taxi driver was blocking, when I honked and asked her to move she starting cussing, and called dispatch who said who freaking cares.....u know who cares is people that use the paying parking to go to class, hospitals or businesses around crouse and SU that has very limited parking.....no class no concern but for their fare.

Used Bellavia Taxi over the past few weeks. Courteous drivers, listens to my instructions, always on time.

I wish there was an option for negative stars. The female dispatcher that worked on Monday april 27th was rude. When called for pick up service, she had an attitude problem, and claimed she had no cars available. Which is a lie. I didn't even tell her what time the pick up was. Other times I've used the service, it's been fine. Will never use the company again. I mean I'm sure other taxi services can use the 350 a week I spend. Toodles to you bitches

I called the dispatcher to get a ride from armory square to Rain lounge. He told me that it would take at least an hour to get someone too me and that I could WALK there faster! I decided to just hail a cab an went down a block only to find one of their cabs parked there. As I approached the driver waived me in and asked me where I needs to go. I told him where I was going and he took me right there. I also mentioned what happened before and he said that he has been available for at least 30 minutes. I was appalled that this happened and will never call to get a cab from them again. I'll just walk out and hail the first available cab and if it happens to be them again oh well.

My review is not as a customer, but as a member of the community that has been affected/impacted by the conduct of Bellavia Transportation. I tried to contact Bellavia by telephone to complain that their driver woke me one morning with his horn blowing. It seems that the driver believed that the horn is/was a doorbell. I got the run-around on my phone call. I have now sent them a letter to see what they have to say about informing/teaching their drivers to NOT use the horn as a doorbell!! It is annoying to those that are trying to relax/sleep. We'll see what happens with the letter.

Pick up time to appt is pretty good. Return trip time is ok sometimes a wait.
