I have been going to this location for 4 years now and there is a reason. I have found a consistency among their aestheticians as well as advice I can trust. I have been skeptical about product sales at salons but literally have never disliked anything they have recommended. There are products that are my favorites but everything I have tried and use makes me feel confident in the money I have spent. I feel I look my best in life and would not stop using this wonderful medspa. Jeanette, Erin and in the past Carly as well as Kaitlyn have all gone above and beyond to take care of me and make sure my skin looks amazing. I receive the compliments regularly to prove it. Thank you so much Jeanette for our regular facials that keep me SO Happy! Appreciate you.

Emily did my Botox. First time several several months ago. I wish I would have known about Botox Tuesday for new clients for 25 units at $9.69. Good consultation though.

Recently: I did the package deal of kybella and Emily is so amazing. Super friendly and really explains the process. Due to covid I had to wait several months for a follow up visit but that is understandable. Ashley at the front is also super friendly and approachable.

If I could give this place zero stars I would! Very unprofessional and disappointing I called one week ago to book a special facial for my 13-year-old daughter's birthday, as I'm driving In from Houston I get a phone call saying they do not work on anybody under 15! That would've been nice to know last week when I booked it horrible service!

I just had a chance to write a review of the cool sculpting I had done In Killeen, TX. I spent 3,000$ on this treatment and it did absolutely nothing for me. I was asked to come back for a follow up but I was so disappointed and so upset I could not go back. When I went to my medical doctor for a check-up I told him that I had cool sculpting. He asked me how much I spent. He said if I would have talked to him beforehand he would have told me not to get it.

I called the Austin clinic as I couldn't stand to call the Killeen office and asked if they will give me a discount on liposuction. I will keep everyone up to date.

Do not spend your money on cool sculpting. It is a complete waste of time and money

I visited Beleza to see Erin for microneedling with PRP. Erin is the best esthetician I have ever seen. She takes her time throughout the entire procedure giving a thorough treatment as well as answering questions in detail. She is friendly, knowledgeable, and empathetic to your concerns. I like that Erin keeps you informed during the treatment, letting you know the details of each step and checking in with you on your comfort level. I am very happy with my results and will continue to see Erin for the rest of my series. Thank you, Erin!

I saw Emily at Beleza for PRP injections. I was happy with the results immediately. Emily was a great listener and very empathetic to my concerns. She made the injections a simple and painless experience. I will definitely be seeing Emily again!

I got my mid face filler with Voluma and Volbella done by Emily Stimson because she had originally done my Botox before and she did a great job before. She was very knowledgeable and very sweet! I wanted to go to her specifically because she was very sweet the last time and very sweet this time! She had a good eye in balance for the face and gave me good tips for future work done! I definitely enjoyed her very much and cant wait to see her again soon! Thank you Emily!

Made an appointment for Botox over their web portal. I was contacted quickly and easily. Parking is a bit of a hassle (but where isn't that true in Austin?).

Emily was my provider. I let her know that my last few appointments at other spas left me disappointed as the results did not last very long. She was honest about the units I needed to get my forehead to where I wanted it to be.

Her technique made the procedure nearly pain free and I love the results. While I don't love the price, I'd go back for further treatments.

I did it! I got botox & injections!
I'm 28 and love myself, so much, that I decided to TRY 1 ml of voluma ultra around my laugh lines around the mouth, just to soften them up. I was having some lines that makeup wouldn't kick. It worked so well and is so natural. I can see why women overdo it; When you buy your syringe it's use it or lose it. So, I used what I had left after my face was perfected in my rosebud pout.
Why didn't I do this sooner? I like that (hopefully) it lasts and it's preventative & it takes care of what I was spending money on different makeup brands hoping it'd fix.
I appreciated that the staff was honest with me and not sales/pushy. Vanessa, my NP, explained everything so I felt comfortable, took her time, and made sure I liked every bit she was doing as not to overdo anything.

I left a review 5 months ago stating that I was getting cool sculpting done.
The review was 5 stars because the service and people were fantastic.
The review is now 2 stars because cool sculpting did absolutely nothing to my body. I was very very swollen and sore in the abdomen for weeks after the treatment. After that, I monitored my results very closely and saw absolutely zero changes in the way my body looked. I do not doubt that cool sculpting could work very well on some occasions, however, it did not work on me. I should also mention that I was already fairly small when I did this treatment. I was a size 3 in pants, but had a tummy I wanted to get rid of.

I have a VI Peel here and am writing this two months post treatment. This peel ruined my skin! My pores are huge and filled with blackheads on my forehead and nose. The texture of the skin on my cheeks looks uneven and I have red blotches all over my cheeks now. Basically, every issue this peel promised to improve has drastically worsened. Also, I was told that the healing would be a week, but it was two.

The positives about this place is that it is neat and inviting and the staff are friendly and professional, but none of that matters to me when my skin looks awful after coming here.
