This place is the real deal!!! We didn't expect coming from California with a sweet Lebanese girl in town that we would find comfort food for her on the Texas leg of our road trip.
Every item exceeded expectations!
Iim vegan so there were so many options could choose from. I didn't get a photo of the lentil soup which has just the right flavor
We stopped her before closing and ordered a bunch of take out for the road as we are driving in the am.
I loved the dolmas. I lived that even after the jostling in the car for an hour, the hummus still has flair in presentation.
The falafel plate is the best I've ever tasted! I'm from the San Francisco area traveling to see the eclipse and we have several Option but I think this one is the better The rice is so flavorful. Plus I got the mint lemonade: just wow! Gotta warn a gal cuz that was amazing. Kinda slushy and very mint = completely amazing
One of my fellow travelers discovered this one and so happy he suggested it as in the area. Thank to the chef for providing such authentic food from Beruit. I hope your community cherishes this gem! Will stop again if I'm back in Arlington.Helpful 1Thanks 1Love this 2Oh no 0 - Sandra E.Arlington, TX76620Apr 28, 2024
I love their salad. The service is fast! I've dined once but I mainly pick up. I've been there 4 times and no one can beat their Mediterranean salad! They chop up so many different veggies it makes me happy they didn't skip on making the salad glorious. They do not give you enough dressing so make sure and ask for double since it's never enough!

Definitely a hidden gym in Arlington, not far from University of Texas Arlington. I drove pass and had reservations because it was empty, but then I remembered that these are some of the most authentic restaurants with the best food!!!! So I swung back.
The server was super friendly and super nice! He also suggested we stay in the restaurant until the rain slacked a little, although we had already checked out. He was very soft-spoken, but very patient and attentive.
All of our food items came out, hot and fresh, and the sauce on my lamb and chicken Shawarma plate, was amazing! I'm usually great at figuring out ingredients, but I could not figure that sauce out. I just know that it was perfect for both my chicken and lamb.
My daughter had the Baba gonosh , which was seasoned to perfection. We ran out of pita bread, and he bought more, although I was willing to pay for it!
The restaurant isn't too fancy which I love! It gave a very homely feel which matched the vibe of the food!
I want to visit again to try a few other things and I definitely give them a 10/10! Must VisitHelpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - 20542502971Feb 7, 2023Updated review
They are back! After a couple of years of being closed, the original owner bought this place back and has improved not just the looks of the restaurant but also the service...with the same great fantastic food. They also added a new oven, and their bread (delicious bread by the way) is fresh, made right there when you order it.
You wont regret visiting them.Helpful 24Thanks 0Love this 20Oh no 1Apr 17, 2017Previous reviewI loved it...service is fast and friendly, the food is fantastic and the prices are very reasonable. Do your self a favor and give this place a try.

Beirut rock is under new management, but don't let that scare you off. The food is amazing and authentic, the service was wonderful! I will be making the trek out there again! I recommend the kabobs - the kafta and chicken were so delicious - and don't forget the toum!

Great that they're back open! First of all, the staff is very friendly and appreciate of your business. The remodel is well done. It has a much cleaner feel than previously.
The food was excellent. Generous portions. So far over the past couple of visits we've had the chicken shawarma, kafta, baba ganoush and falafel. All were excellent. Good prices.
Highly recommend!Helpful 0Thanks 1Love this 0Oh no 0 - 71911154Dec 7, 2021Updated review

The thing I especially like is that the owners are from Pakistan. I lived there as a kid when it was known as West Pakistan. So we share that experience!!Oct 30, 2019Previous reviewGreat food and great service! I really enjoy the Hummus and Falafel as well as the Shish Kabob. I also enjoyed the Chicken Vegetable Soup. I asked them to add Jewish Penicillin)Chicken Soup). It would be a nice addition!!

I have nothing but GOOD things to say Beirut Rock Cafe! No matter what you get, I'm sure you'll absolutely love it.
I've been frequenting Beirut Rock Cafe since 2012 and my recommendations for first-timers are:
Appetizer: get the hummus! Hummus comes with warm, freshly made pita bread. If you're with a big part, order the 6 piece falafel plate as well (vegetarian friendly options!)
Entree:
- Chicken or Beef Shawarma
- Gyros Plate or Sandwich
- Lamb Burger
- Falafel Sandwich (Vegetarian)
Dessert: DON'T LEAVE WITHOUT HAVING THE BAKLAVA + PAIR WITH THEIR COFFEE. Best coffee I've ever had (don't get American coffee, get their coffee.)Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Susan S.Arlington, TX8221Mar 4, 2023Updated review
Update: Beirut Rock has reopened! Can't wait to eat there again. I hope it is still all of the delicious Lebanese dishes they had before they closed for 2 years.
Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Oct 19, 2021Previous reviewI heard this place is closed permanently. Very sad. They had our family's favorite Lebanese food...hands down. I heard it was because the landlord didn't want to update the building. Hopefully they will find a new place to reopen.
