My family went in today to watch Sunday football. We were not greeted by a friendly hostess when we walked in, rather she was extremely rude and ungrateful to even have customers willing to spend money there.. we proceeded to walk outside to sit and my husband was looking at the TV choices for games and in the meantime she proceeded to throw the menus on the table at me and to ask me "WHAT'S HE LOOKING FOR" .. we left immediately. We will not be back to this restaurant. We are foodies and love to find places to frequent that are close to where we live on Sundays but, she will not see us again..

I apologize that you had that experience and hope you will change your mind about giving us a second chance. We have let that employee go because of things like this. That's not how we operate and I hope you will come back to witness this for yourself.

The manager on staff tonight I assume had accidentally left their DoorDash portal active . This allowed me to place an 80 dollar order for pickup. What I wasn't aware of, however, was the fact their entire system was down . Needless to say, I never got my food.
I attempted to call the restaurant to rectify the situation , and was met with very rude approaches all the way around, from the receptionist/host to the manager on duty.
I went back to check and conveniently, the restaurant was now suddenly unavailable on DoorDash. I can't recommend this place to any locals.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

I apologize that happened. Unfortunately if our POS system goes down there's no way for us to receive DoorDash orders and we didn't get the portal closed down in time. Also, we can't do anything with DoorDash orders from a customer service perspective because the order was placed through DoorDash and DoorDash was paid for the order. For less confusion, next time order online directly from our website. It will cost less and you can still have it delivered to you.

I've eaten at beef o Brady's multiple times and it's very good. Usually I have no complaints, sometimes my order may be missing something or slightly wrong, it's not too often that happens though. They are a little overpriced in my opinion too though. I do keep ordering from them so that shows they're doing something right. Give them a try if you're in the Ooltewah area!

Sabrina W.Niota, TN05Apr 27, 2023Went to this location recently and sat for over 20 minutes and not single server member or manager came over. Waited an additional 10 minutes or so and just left. We used to love coming here and loved the food, don't know what's happened now. Won't be returning.

Food is decent at best. Service is friendly. However the knock here is the pricing. Very overpriced for the level/quality of food. There are better options quality wise for the same price, and cheaper too.
