My companion was thrilled with the hot chocolate.
I was thrilled that they brew single origin coffee and today it was Nicaraguan medium roast - my favorite combination.
Our big disappointment was the lack of gluten free pastry options.
We didn't try breakfast or lunch options so no comment, but most tables were taken at 10:00 AM which suggests it's a favored local choice.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Oct 28, 2017
After a few nights of hitting the bars in downtown Austin and a late night out we needed to recharge.
Wanted a local coffee shop and this was not far from where we were staying, in a shopping area.
Overall, it is good coffee. We had a breakfast burrito, an avocado toast and 2 medium coffees. My only drawback was the $26 price tag in a coffee shop.
My avocado toast was really good, but the cutlery is plastic and just did not work.
Our coffees were good, we had the blend of the day and the single origin of the day. Like the vibe, and the coffee but this price was something i would expect to pay if there were a waitstaff.
I did not find the staff to be too friendly or go out of their way to sell the joint.
The Cuvee coffee made me happy, but I still have heartburn from that single origin and it is 6 hours later.
I get it, I am not from these parts and maybe this is the standard for the area, but I am still head spinning from a $26 coffee shop breakfast.
Being in and around Austin, I expect to find eco friendly establishments and they could be well served to consider real coffee cups, real cutlery that could be reused, rather then all one time use items, especially when there is an actual breakfast menu.
Bee Smart and think about it!Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Jan 10, 2017
I went here during an off peak time and my order took forever. I had a breakfast taco and it was just ok, my daughter had some pastry item and she said it was good.
Ordering a latte, and taco and pastry shouldnt take 15 minutes. The latte design was cute, which I always think is a good sign of a great drink to come. It wasnt. I ordered a pumpkin latte and didnt find it to be good at all.
Unfortunately this visit just didnt meet my expectations.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Allen T.Sugar Land, TX21283623195Aug 15, 2016
Staying in the Bee Cave area near Austin this weekend, we wanted to try something different for breakfast, so I of course I did a quick search and this place popped up! Located in the Hill Country Galleria next to where we were staying, we traipsed over there and found the place hopping! A really quaint little coffee shop, I had read that the Migas tacos were really good so I ordered that and the reviews were pretty spot on!
This is a great place to have a lite breakfast with offerings from croissants, breakfast sandwiches and of course great breakfast tacos! Well appointed with comfortable couches and sitting areas, the interior is decorated tastefully and I can see how people would love to kick back here, surf the web or catch up with each other over an expresso.
Didn't try a coffee this time but I'm sure they are excellent! Prices are reasonable but what appealed to me the most was the location and the ambience!
The staff was very attentive and we really enjoyed our experience!Helpful 7Thanks 0Love this 6Oh no 0 - Ann L.Austin, TX21380134May 3, 2016
I really, really want to love this place-especially since they have Cuvee coffee.
Unfortunately, the service is "ok", which leaves me feeling hollow and empty when I leave. Shit- they are more friendly at Starbucks and I hate that place. The food is super bonus and it's tasty. I have been about 6 times total- from their first month in business until last week when I just stopped in for an espresso. They messed up my espresso (HOW is this possible?!!) and didn't seem too concerned about it.
How BCC can improve:
1. BEE :) FRIENDLY! Give awesome service!
2. RECYCLE all the plastic cups they waste.
3. SMILE! (see #1)
4. Make a consistent, CORRECT double espresso.
I insist on supporting local businesses, so I am hoping they up their game!!Helpful 4Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Jun 2, 2018
I had the opportunity to enjoy the best coffee at this cute coffee shop has to offer . The breakfests are served with eggs toast potatoes cheese and even oatmeal. I truly love it and the baristas are the nicest people....Mich and others are friendly.... inviting. I also love my pets which indeed are pet friendly a major plus. Lunch is served here as well with pastries and blows away any competitors in the area. Great place to meet new people overall a five star rating in every level. Hours of operation are 6:30 am monday through Friday to 6 p.m. Saturday 8:00 to 6:00.. very nice location parking is either easy or difficult. One thing that stands out is the coffee beans are traditionaly crafted expresso ...it is amazing taste . I believe this is my favorite coffee shop . The food here is freshly made and you can sit anywhere you like I invite my Elite friends and new yelpers for we all are family to spread truth that businesses that treat you well as consumers is a shout out. ENJOY the relaxing Bee Caves Coffee shops. Lovated at Hill County Galleria.

Had the yummiest turtle mocha at this cute little coffee shop. The entire shopping center is fairly new and very, very clean. Loved the cute descriptions (no turtles were harmed in making the Turtle Mocha). As always, you're greeted with a, "How ya'll doin?" when you walk through the door.

So if I simply came here for coffee, I'd give this place 4 stars. The dirty Chai is sooo good! So good in fact I went back and ordered a second to go!! But I didn't ... I had breakfast too. Dun dun dun... The migas plate in fact! The food was, well just OK to me. Nothing to write home about, but not dreadful either. Just wasn't a "oh wow my taste buds are having an orgasm right now" kinda breakfast! But they were with that dirty chia!! Yeah baby yeah. Should have had a smoke with that one ;)
The place was very clean and the service was friendly. I did find it odd they used plastics utensils, but the owner assured me they were the most eco friendly type you can buy! I want to be good to the earth and they seem as if they want to as well.
I would defiantly come back for that chia, but alas ... I'm an out of towner, so I need a place with the whole shebang when I come. I'll try them again sometime to see if next time the food can AMAZE me, but if not ... there's always that Chai. Oh that Chai!!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
