I absolutely love this place! From pet & livestock items such as chicken feed/baby chick stuff to equine, parrot, cat & dog, hamster, rabbit, wild bird.. ..you name it; they have it!
In comparing prices, they are *very* reasonable and much lower than, for instance, PetSmart or even Dodge Grain.
The customer service is great, the guys in the yard are always helpful and I can always find what I'm looking for. A con would be the store is small..sometimes too small when there are more than 3 people waiting to check out.
I can not comment yet on the plants & shrubs, but will once I start prepping the yard. The prices seem reasonable and there is a very large selection to choose from.
Thanks Beaver Valley Farm!

I have a big dog who had a Flatulence problem.
We tried all kind of expensive and "natural" dog foods recommended by our vet, dog groomer and large pet store in Salem, NH. Nothing worked. We even resorted to probiotics at $25 pop.
Talking to someone at Beaver Valley and they recommended this line that they carried. Hallelujah! It worked. The problem is now minimal and the dog can be the room while we are eating.
Love this place and people who work here. Support a local business.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Matt K.Pelham, NH04813Jan 7, 2018
My go to store for quality dog food at a good price. The staff is awesome & they've always helped out with pet and gardening recommendations any time I ask. They're big supporters of the local dog rescue group, ARNNE.

This is quite an interesting place. One can buy animal food (feed) for critters from finches to squirrels to horses and goats. And plants, bird feeders, shrubs, seasonal stuff, tiny packets of seeds, and huge troughs for feeding cows.
They have an amazing selection of dog and cat food, garden implements, potting soil and fertilizers, plant pots and garden ornaments, bug repellents, from kind of poisonous stuff to more organic or natural types.
Staff is down home and scruffy. Good prices. Off the beaten path to most, but I used to live not too far away and I still make a monthly visit for dog food and big bags of bird seed. They sell finch food in cloth bags! Love those.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Grace B.Pelham, NH7063Mar 9, 2016
Favorite privately-owned store in town. Such nice people and i buy all my dog supplies there. We also get our gardening supplies there in the warmer weathers. Not to mention, they have a bunch of NH/locally made products inside. Great to support the little guys!
