Just changed Dental Insurances and Beautiful Smiles became my Primary. Due to it being close to my house, it was mush easier for me . From the time I made my first appointment on the phone to me walking out the door , they were super professional . I received a text reminder a day before and everything , I felt welcomed . I walked in and was greeted by the receptionist. I was given few forms to fill out as I was a new patient . I was seen shortly after , thank god no waiting for hours . Nellie (Assistant) was super nice took my X-rays and very friendly . I was then seen by the dental hygienist for a cleaning and check-up, she was amazing . Finally was seen and checked by Dr. Jarred Seid , friendly and very professional with years of experience. He definitely knew his stuff. All this took max hour and half I would say. Please if you are looking for a Dentist in New Hyde Park area, check them out .

The staff here are extremely UNPROFESSIONAL and lack patient care. I called as requested to confirm my appointment for 4:00 PM, I advised the receptionist if I am late 2 mins if that will be okay as I am driving all the way from Brooklyn and wanted to ensure I did not miss my appointment as I had to wait 1.5 months for this appointment. The receptionist rudely responded to me and said "What kind of idiotic question are you asking me", I was stunned and appalled with her response to me. All i needed was a yes or no so I have ample time to leave my home to make it in time. She proceeded to start screaming and yelling at me on the phone when i voiced my concerns she was being rude. I wish i had a recorder so everyone reading this would understand how disgusting this woman was, i believe her name is Stephanie at the front desk. They need training, phone calls with patient calls shouldnt be a battle. She started laughing at me when i told her she was being unprofessional and told me to take my business elsewhere. I hope people reading this really consider going here before scheduling an appointment. This is not how you talk to patients over the phone.

I had a cleaning here about 6months ago and had another one recently at a different dentist and i really feel like my cleaning was not too thorough here at beautiful smiles.

My cleaning lasted at most 7-10 minutes but my new dentist must have spent 20 minutes and actually concentrated on each tooth.

Patients can tell when teeth are neglected and i could tell my left molars on the top and bottom were not polished with their cleaning tool, most likely because Dr.Seid was sitting to my right and the left was a stretch?

My new dentist has a camera that he puts in my mouth to show me a before and after of the THOROUGH cleaning.

I have been coming to Jarred for 3 years. Always professional, pleasant staff and doesn't rip me off like other dentist have.
I highly recommend him. Also very accommodating with emergency appointments. Thanks Doc

I've been seeing Dr. Seid before he moved to this location. He is very understanding and knowledgable about all his dental work!
He is honest and fare when it comes to paying out of pocket as well. It's hard to find a dentist that has these qualities so I recommend him to anyone looking for great dentist. Plus the office staff is amazing!!

The best and ONLY one I trust with my teeth! I have been going to Dr.Seid since I was probably 5 years old and I can't imagine going to anyone else. He's so great at what he does and is always super friendly, he's literally like a part of my family! Not only is he the best, but so is every single person who works within the office! I always know I'm in good hands, no matter who is helping me during my visit! Every receptionist is caring and knowledgeable and that service continues once you meet with any of the dental assistants working within the office. Always a great experience (and considering the fact that I hate going to the dentist that definitely says a lot)!

This office is a complete waste of people's time. As I'm sitting in the waiting area, I overheard a patient arguing with the front desk staff about wasting her time, but I did not pay attention to their conversation as it was not my business. Anyway, I get called to the back for my cleaning, then I was told that my insurance will not pay for my cleaning because it hasn't been 6 month since my last cleaning (I was 2 days shy of the 6 month mark) and that the dental hygienist who I scheduled the appointment with has left for the day. They offered to have someone else do the cleaning which I would have to pay for out of pocket. Are you people serious?! I had to leave work 3 hours early for this appointment. I was very specific when I made this appointment that I was coming in for a regular cleaning with the hygienist.

Just a waste and complete disregard for other's time. Extremely unprofessional!

Love the people who work here. Always so gentle and understanding of my intense fear of the dentist :)

I am writing my review based on the nasty people that answer the phone. I called last Monday wanting to make an appointment I told her I am a new patient, the girl on the phone said we are too busy to take appts right now call back, then she hung up I thought it was odd, I figured she was having a bad day, I called later in the week the girl that answered said she was too busy asked for my number and said she would call me back, I have not heard from her.

If this is the type of service you receive over the phone I don't want to go there for dental surgery and implants, you have to be cautious when looking at some of the reviews, again I can't say if they provide good or bad dental service I can say that your phone people represent your business and I rather take my money some place else.
