Beach Bike Rentals offers the number one selling lifestyle brand of bicycles in the nation, Electra. The most popular options are the Electra Lux 3i cruiser and the Electra Townie 3i (the number one sold bike in the nation.) These 3 speed aluminum bicycles are super light and operate just like a single speed. Included with your rental is your option of many different bell designs and baskets colors. The rentals also include a cycling computer (distance and time), a lock and a helmet. Other rental options include adult trikes, children's bikes, baby seats, a pull behind small child trailer for two, and a pull behind a child can pedal. You may rent by the day, week and month. Beach Bike Rentals is located on Perdido Beach Highway in Orange Beach, 60 yards from the Gulf State Park Rosemary Trail entrance. The Gulf State Park offers 25 miles of paved trails solely for pedestrians and cyclist.

Very knowledgeable on the area trails.
Maybe an interactive map would help on the phone to use for the state park. We didn't realize we were 7 miles in and still needed to get back! Ha! We made it. Bikes were great.

Service was great. Bikes easy to ride. Value was good. Had to rent for whole day vs. half..Off season rate $70 for the day.

We've been renting bikes every year for the last 6 years with Beach Bike Rentals and are EXTREMELY happy!!! The courteous friendly knowledgeable staff are absolutely extraordinary. Love their willingness to take huge group photos of us before we head out!! They've been wonderful keepsakes & reminders of our great times.

Ashley greeted us with a huge smile on her face and worked her tail off which seemed effortless on her part she knew her stuff so well. Making sure my children and I were VERY comfortable with the way the bikes fit and how they worked. She even managed to make my five-year-old perfectly comfortable with her, which is highly unusual for him right now. I took the time to attempt to walk me through the complicated map pointing out numerous locations that we would probably like to stop and she was spot on. We had a wonderful time and my kids love the bikes so very much that they immediately put those bikes on their Christmas lists!! We are so grateful!

This bike shop makes it so easy to rent high quality bikes right near the trail head to the park. They offer great service, convenient location and a great selection of bikes.
Come when they open in the morning so there are more options to pick from and it's not as hot to bike. I highly recommend the ebike if you are more into seeing as much of the park as possible at a leisurely pace without having to worry about sweating for it (And they are fun!) If you are hauling kids, they have attachments for those, but they can only be used with traditional bikes.

This place is awesome!! The guys that run this shop are so nice, and super helpful and hospitable. I was impressed and really grateful we stumbled upon this place.
They told me all about the nearby trails in the national park, and they got us two adults and my little guy (3 year old) all set up in the baby seat in back. He loves riding back there. These guys were really knowledgeable and I felt safe having little dude's seat be set up by him.
Bikes were comfortable and smooth. We had a great ride and rode all the trails and wooden bridges for an hour and a half. We road ten miles, and the bikes calculate how far, how fast you went, etc! So cool!
Even though it was hot out (this was a few weeks ago), the trails were pretty shaded some of the way, and the wind from bike riding made it perfect. Bring lots of water and some snacks and take off! Beautiful place to ride!! We'll definitely come back!

7028043Feb 6, 2018One of the best decisions we made during our stay in Gulf Shores, AL was got rent bikes and check out the Gulf State Park. The staff here is fantastic, and the bikes were awesome. We biked 17 miles on a beautiful Monday morning in February 2018. I would highly recommend checking out the nice folks at Beach Bike Rentals and taking a bike out into the beautiful park.
