BC Cab

I worked here at BC Cab as a non-emergency medical transportation provider. The clients I had the privilege to serve were awesome. The owner's wife doesn't care about people. Her employees mean nothing to her and all their hard work. She is unprofessional and will embarass her employees in front of other employees with no regard for anyone. I loved my job and clients I served, and gave it my all. If you don't want a cold and critical environment where you don't feel appreciated or valued ever, this probably isn't the place for you.

I have been using Bc cab or now I believe it's called Alliance transport if I'm not mistaken since March atleast 4x a week.
I have met most of the drivers and feel I am in good hands. Mel the owner is very active in his business and drives as well . I refuse to use Yellow Cab of Sacramento because there drivers put my daughter and niece in danger. I highly recommend this company.
They use zride app now which is similar to uber or lyft and better rates than other cab companies.

I gave them 1 star because it is as low as I can go. I am writing this review due to the owner being a mean and inconsiderate person. My 2012 Impala broke down in front of their business and I asked to use the rest room while waiting on a tow truck. She informed me that I need to leave her property. So I did. They own BC Taxi and BC Car Sales. I will never do business with either.

Hands down most professional cab service in Sacramento. Friendly service and i knew i was in good hands! i recommend this to anyone who wants fast and friendly service!

Whenever I need a ride, long or short, I call BC Cab. Fairs are OK ($3/mile). They do long drives and short ones (like to the bar). The drivers are friendly. Another plus, once you call, they usually arrive without delay.

He was texting and on the phone while I was in the cab. He drove on to the other lane. If you're looking for method of suicide, then totally go on this cab. But if you value your life, you wouldn't even consider this company.

They earn one star for acknowledging that they ruined my trip, not for successful service. I booked the taxi 5 hours in advance. I called when the driver was 10 min late and again at 25 min late--at no time did the dispatcher tell me truthfully where the driver was as I was told different locations each time that did not make sense. If you need to be somewhere at a certain time, don't gamble with BC Cab!

I set a pickup 12 hours ahead of time. Within one-half hour of pickup, I called to double check cab arrival time, they said they had no one available to pickup. Totally NOT dependable.

Do not depend on this company! The only reason I've given 2 stars is I had a very good trip from my hotel in Natomas to near downtown for a meeting, and the driver was on time -- early, in fact -- and the fare was as promised. But when I booked online for them to take me to a meeting the next morning, they never showed up. I waited 15 minutes, which made me late for my meeting by the time I got other transportation. I tried to call them to find out where they were, was put on hold twice for over 2 minutes each time, and then the third time, they didn't even pick up the phone. I cannot believe that with an online booking and written confirmation that they did not show up. I wish I had believed the bad review and not relied on the good ones because their irresponsibility made me look unreliable in the eyes of my colleagues.
