Bayer did not protect my money held in escrow and refused to put it in an interest bearing account that accumulated as a benefit to the holder. He directed us that an IOLT account was the -only- way he could hold the money.
Now, after a $30,000 LOSS in risk free cash over the last year, he refuses to compensate us.

Happy to have read the other reviews pertaining to lawyer Kevin Black. This man was hired for miminal if any work needed on A very basic and straight forward legal matter. Big mistake hiring Kevin Black. He behaves differently when alone versus in front of court. He's inappropriate, rude, and claimed everything he was doing was beneficial to me. He distorted facts, blatantly lied during court, asked me to lie, and spoke and behaved extremely bizarre at times.
He made off hand remarks that he could have police after me. Not sure for what. Assuming that meant if anyone were to know he made advances and was just inappropriate, uncomfortable and disgusting. He would repeatedly ask me to hug him. Ewww. No Thanks!! You disgusting.
This man shouldn't be practicing law. I found myself harassed by friends of his and police after his advances went rejected and what he said. This is a very troubled man who behaves inappropriately and something is just off with him. I absolutely can see him doing the things some of the other reviews have stated. It's time this lawyer be investigated. I absolutely believe the other reviews based on his personality, actions and behavior with me. I would strongly advise you stay from this lawyer!!!

I found lawyer Kevin Black man to be unprofessional upon meeting him. His first offhand comment was about my appearance. Completely inappropriate. He was more interested with trying to flirt with me and talk about me while inquiring about my personal life, rather than my legal case.
This lawyer didn't have the knowledge pertaining to my legal matter anyhow, as he couldn't even provide solid answers and changed the subject repeatedly. At times not making sense with his train of thought. Something seemed off with this lawyer.

Needless to say the entire meeting was awful. At one point he subtly suggested that I change the facts about my case as it would benefit the both of us. Meeting with this lawyer was very uncomfortable to say the least.
Other lawyer consults confirmed my feelings as they gently informed me to steer clear of this lawyer. And I can understand why.

Save yourself the time and anxiety and go elsewhere.
