Bay Driver

I booked this transportation for my friend who was traveling but was too busy to make her airport pick up arrangements before leaving.

So I only ordered this service and was not a recipient of this service. I placed my order online a week ahead of time. The online system works great, easy to use and does not require any type of payment information. There was even a place where I could add my personal email address so I to could get updates or confirmations along with the person getting the ride.

My main complaint is that after ordering the service and receiving an email confirmation with all the details, I never ever heard from Bay Driver again. I wrote them, asked them to tell me how my friend would be told about the waiting vehicle, some instructions, my email never got answered. There is a link on the confirmation for airport pick-up instructions, the link is broken.

One the day before the trip, I called their phone number an spoke with Alex. He was incredibly helpful and professional. He assured me my friend would be taken care of and gave me instructions for her pick-up.

Turns out my friends flight was cancelled and she had to reschedule her pickup with Bay Driver. She called and had no problem rescheduling. And later when she got home she told me the experience with Bay Driver was "excellent". She was incredibly happy with the service.

I'm glad my friend made it home easily. Thank you Bay Driver, keep up the good work.

Alex picked me up at 6:15am in Hayward for my flight to SFO. He's an excellent driver that came on time, was very courteous, and got me to the airport in a timely manner. The drive was smooth enough that I was able to take a nap on the way.

I highly recommend this service and I will surely be back thanks to Alex!

The scheduling took a little back and forth both times (hence minus one star) but their service has been friendly and on time.

I've now used them twice for rides to and from Oakland Airport and Hayward. They were on time, scrupulously polite, and good conversationalists when prompted.

The first ride I got was after midnight and my brain was fried and I ended up giving the driver no tip by accident, ack! He didn't say a word about it, and thanked me for my business!

Their prices for a private car are reasonable and I will certainly use them again in the future (and make amends for my tip-stiffing!)

We used his service round-trip from our home to Oakland airport airport and will definitely use his company again! Alex adds extra touches such as cold water bottles waiting for you when you hop in the car and car was spotless.

Alex is reliable, safe and professional. The car is clean and he has super resonable prices! The other evening I left my glasses in his car and he brought them back to the hotel for me - too kind!

Alex was the best! I needed to go to the SFO airport for business and I wanted someone who will be on time. Needless to say Alex wa right on time. I requested a pickup time at 8am....Alex was there at 8am. If you want superb service - please choose Bay Driver - and if you can ask for Alex.

I was in need of a SUV to travel to Dublin for a family occasion. Alex's response by email was responsive and courteous. The driver sent to us was very professional, and the vehicle was immaculately clean and the service was great.
