Fully stocked, and the staff was very helpful. Who doesn't love Bath and Body Works?! Especially when you have coupons!

The employee Nyla was great, excellent customer service skills. There was a customer that was extremely difficult and rude and she was calm and friendly to the customer the entire time. I give her credit because she was super patient and this customer was extremely difficult. The manager working today as well was great even though they had a super difficult customer.

I loved BBW candles and brought them by the cases for years. After the Pandemic the scents has gotten so weak I had to exchange them, and the scent was still week. I reached out to Corporate Office and until this day still no responds. I will no longer purchase any candles from BBW. I have spoke will several other customers and they have the same problem.

If I can give zero stars I would. Im not saying all employees are rude here but it only takes one to ruin a store's reputation. Unfortunately an associate at this location was too busy commenting on my partners appearance and making her feel uncomfortable instead of focusing on selling a product. Please re-train your employees on the proper workplace etiquette

I love bath and bodyworks. I shop here often. I love the hand soap. The new candles for every season. Unfortunately it just seems like every other time I come here there's an issue. It's always silly things and reasons why I "can't use a coupon", "it's not working" " it's already been used" I understand there are store policy and rules for coupon usage. But it's seems when I get rung up by the older cashier there's an issue. It never fails. It's also frustrating when the older employees are so pushy about having you download the app. I refuse to download it because I'm able to use my coupons from my email and I don't wanna take up space on my phone. It's the same coupon you have taped on the register. The codes don't change. Last visit was a nightmare. I was inn the night before getting some relaxation body washes before closing. I paid full price no problem. The cashier suggested I take a screenshot of my email coupon and use it next time since I had no service. I came in the next day got a bunch of things. When I was being rung up the cashier was really rude and mean to me for absolutely no reason. Even my sister noticed her bad attitude. I explained to her that I had a coupon and that I was advised to take a screenshot of it. She flipped on me and lectured me about having to download the app and who advised me to screenshot it. At this point I was in complete shock I couldn't believe what was going on. I explained to her that I didn't her her name but she was here the night before. It was closings time so I didn't make a big about the coupon so I decided to come in today and purchase the rest of the thing I needed. She was furious and demanded to know who she was. She tried scanning my coupon various time. She kept messing with the picture and was having a hard time. She flagged a manager down. At this point I was just embarrassed. I really just wanted to tell it's fine. The lady turned around and told her manager what the other employee had told me. Also commented that "this coupon had already probably been used. I probably got it off the internet. I was lying about not having service" I really just wanted to pay and leave. I showed her my cellphone and how I wasn't able to even see my email. It took the manager no more than two seconds to scan the barcode. She told the lady the coupon was valid. The lady seemed furious. I got my things and left.

I love this store! Every single one of the employees who work there are so kind and helpful. These ladies went above and beyond to assist my husband in getting a surprise gift for our 25th wedding anniversary, They took the time to listen to what he asking for, and helped him find the perfect gift. When we were there the day before the cashier gave my 5 year old her own special bag to carry her items in. It made her whole day that she had her own bag! It's the little touches and acts of kindness that really go a long way! Thank you for being so kind!

It's extremely hit and miss at this particular location. The selection isn't bad at all it's the customer service that's off and on. Sometimes I'm greeted sometimes I'm not just depending on how busy it is. (Which doesn't bother me)
it's the lack of product knowledge that gets me! When I ask for help they are always %100 oblivious to what I'm inquiring about. But most of the time they always ask, "can I help you find something?" (If you look lost.)
Almost every time I go in and inquire about a product they do try and find it or ask someone for me, but most of the time even the person OR persons they ask have no idea what I'm talking about. So when I branch off to find something else, I find the product I was searching for in the first place. (Plug in fragrance/ and candle related) and I just can't get over how lost THEY seem all the time. Most of them are completely un aware how to use the app. But I don't want to lose the store so I will continue to support it. Love this place the workers are so friendly and they help you with whatever you need the place is always clean and smell the making of course if the candle lotions place I went yesterday and took advantage of the $3 body lotion the line was very long but the girl handled it very good and out of nowhere I was in the front of the line they gave me extra coupons they help me find what I needed and everything will keep coming back to this place I would recommend it to anyone if you need help all you got to do is ask but even when you walk in there every day asking you if you need anything

It is unfortunate the manager at this location does not hold true to the hours of operation posted. Case in point, I arrived to the store with five minutes to spare and was promptly "greeted" in my path by a female employee, who quickly stated they were closed. I saw no less than four people inside the store who were still shopping, then immediately looked at my watch, thinking I missed something in reference to the time. But no, they were still within their operating hours. I asked her if I could just grab something quickly, and she responded, no, advising she had turned away others prior to me for the same reason, as though that should make it okay or be some sort of consolation that she was turning away business during store hours. I walked back to my car, but still uneasy about the manner in which the situation was handled since I know from prior retail experience that similar stores generally are customer-based and want to ensure their hours of operation are just that, operation. I walked back inside of the "mall" and asked if she was the manager, which she acknowledged, and asked her name, which she responded was Sara(h). Ultimately, I don't blame the store, but rather lack of education when it comes to their hiring practices. Many businesses did not survive Covid and I'm rather certain Bath and Body Works would not be pleased with a manager turning away business during store hours. And to be specific, this is the Hemet, California location.

This place can be so inconsistent with its customer service. Sometimes they greet you and let you shop in peace. Other times they follow you around the store giving information you didn't ask for or personal opinions on their favorite scents. I preferred it the one time I was completely ignored upon arrival as she chose to walk pass me and greet the women who came in behind me. Like I seriously wasn't even mad she was rude and unprofessional because I was free to browse. Honestly only their semi annual sales and clearance events are worth it. Otherwise they are just overpriced and limited in stock. But I would still go and shop there so it's ok.
